Beautiful resort style property with all the appointed amenities including a heated pool, fitness centre, clubhouse with internet access and minutes from Clearwater Beach which is rated one of the top beaches in the USA.
This luxurious condo is approximately 750 square feet, including a large bedroom, walk-in closet, living room with vaulted ceilings and dining room with a large balcony 4 ft x 15 ft. approximately. The condo includes an open concept full kitchen with 5 appliances including two bar stools for added convenience and comfort.

Area Information

This luxury condo is minutes from one of the top rated beaches in the USA. It is only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, including the world famous International Mall in Tampa. Restaurants are plentiful be it Steakhouses, Italian, Seafood, Japanese, Chinese, all are within minutes from the condo. As well, there are sightseeing excursions, boat tours that run on an hourly basis from Clearwater beach, fishing excursions , scuba diving are all available in this tropical paradise. There are over 20 golf courses or you may choose to relax and tan by the gorgeous pool or if you'd prefer, the white sandy beaches of Clearwater are waiting for you.

Very nice vacation spot

We stayed here for three weeks in June. The property is clean and convenient to downtown Clearwater, Fl. and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is friendly, responds quickly to requests and goes out of his way to make sure you have a good stay. We had a problem with an appliance and he had it replaced within 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again! We were very comfortable in this condo. The pool is beautiful and the condo complex itself is clean and safe. We were here with our two kids and they enjoyed their stay here as well. Thank-you for a wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect condo for our Clearwater vacation. It is a great location, everything you can imagine within 5 miles or so. Very comfy queen bed, brand new washer and dryer. Everything you need (chairs, umbrella ect) for a day at the beach. We will be back!!

Condo is in a quiet well kept community:clean and comfortable convient to shopping,restaraunts and beautiful short drive to clear water beach. Condo has all the conviences of home and a private balcony to sit and relax at night after a hard day at the beach. Diffently one the keep on the list for the next visit.

A super vacation stay!!

We have been vacationing in Florida for years and this was by far an outstanding condo. The unit was close to the beautiful pool and workout facilities. A gated, quiet, first class community; Publix Super Market convenient, and a reasonable distance to Clearwater Beach. Washer and Dryer a plus. We REALLY enjolyed our stay.

The Perfect Condo

I rented this condo for the month of July and it worked out perfectly. The condo itself is clean and updated. It is gated and there is a security guard on duty at night. The pool is beautiful and clean and my daughter and I had it to ourselves many mornings until noon. The location is right across from a grocery store and there are many restaurants around. It is just minutes from Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park. The beaches in Clearwater are in a league of their own. I would stay again in this condo.

We stayed at this property during our trip to Florida - we found it very nice, very clean and a perfect place to get away! The beach was only a few miles down the road and easy to get to, the pool fantastic, the fitness center good and the area was very peaceful. 2 teenage girls were never bored because there were lots of things to do. If you are looking for a place to stay - I would highly recommend this property!
