Great condo location on a premier beach. Can see the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. The condo is very well maintained along with the grounds area. Can't go wrong renting this condo.

We were looking for a quiet, restful, time at the beach with only the two of us. In the past we have had our grandchildren with us with lots of action. This particular place was small, private, quiet and pleasant. The Hamilton House was not over the top luxurious, but well maintained and clean. The area was convenient with walk across the road in your swimsuit comfort. I would go back in a minute to this specific place and room. I hope you look at this review and we win a trip back! We are farmers from Indiana and we get away once a yr. and this was the first time at Indian Rocks. We usually go to the Pan Handle area. We also met new people whom felt the same as us, but they had used other rental groups. VRBO etc. We felt The vacation Home rentals, which we used for the first time, was very professional and hospitable. Glad we found you!
