We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. It's an excellent location and definitely one of the newer condos in Clearwater Beach. Everything you want is in walking distance (beach, park, many restaurants). The condo was very well decorated and clean. The view was spectacular and the patio was spacious. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation in a comfortable, clean place.

We had 6 people in our condo, with plenty of room to spare. We had young adults, middle age and a senior. We all found things to do separately and together. The sun was always there for our sun-lovers and plenty of shade for the fairer ones. The beach, it is the crowd pleaser. Loaction is great... walk to beach, a party, shopping or quiet dinner. We could not ask for more. I never heard those words "I'm bored". Thanks for a great VK
