Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation condo rental
This 2009 square foot, 3 bedroom unit has tons of room in the open layout Living Room Kitchen and Dining area. The living area has a vaulted ceiling which peaks at 9ft, and spreads through out the condo. There are many large windows letting light in and allowing you to see the scenery. From the living area you can enjoy a view of the intra-coastal waterway. The kitchen features granite counter-tops and high cabinets with stainless steel appliances such as a convection oven, built-in microwave and side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door.Down either side of the kitchen are three bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite is quite spacious with a walk-in closet and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and double vanity. The two other bedrooms have queen beds as well. The 2nd bedroom also has direct access to the master bath, or just across the hall is the 2nd bath with step-in shower. The laundry room is just off the hall with stacked, front loading washer and dryer.

On-site pool accessible by Dockside tenants and Clearwater Beach Hotel tenants only.

Area Information
The Dockside Condos are located in the heart of the South Clearwater Beach area. The building is a short two block walk to the soft, white sands of Clearwater Beach. Restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, boat rentals, boat tours, the Clearwater Marina and all necessities start at a one block walk from the condo. Less than 15 minutes walking will bring you to the heart of Clearwater Beach, called Pier 60, where there are daily Sunset Celebrations with live entertainment, vendors and lots of other activities.

Actually stayed in 205

     I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dockside 205.  Jeff and Dee were friendly and accommodating. Our party of five was able to check in early to the beautiful condo. Jeff gave us the run down and told us everything to know about the building and our unit.  He was a good guy, and we felt comfortable calling him with any needs or questions we had.  The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated (not too flashy, but simple and just right).  The televisions had just been replaced for flat screens (tvs and dvd players in each room), and the tv in the living area was upgraded for a larger screen (we came just in time!).  The furniture was modern and was well kept (loved the leather sectional and wine cabinet). The tile floor and granite counters were beautiful and matched with stainless steel appliances. The condo is equipped with any type of dish or cooking utensil you may need during your stay (although we had some trouble with the can openers). There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher as well. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels were also provided!  There are reading materials, phone books, and coupons for local attractions for guest use.  You are also equipped with enough dish detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. to get you started, however it is a likely you will need to buys some of these items (or bring them with you) during your stay.  If you did bring beach items such as towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, or toys they can be rented weekly for a great price from Dee.  She was easy to reach and quick to respond to our request.  One thing that may need to be fixed are the doorways leading into the bedrooms where the carpet meets the tile (there is nothing connecting the gap and sometimes you snag your foot).  Check out was simple, and guest are expected to take out the trash and wash dishes (which is not a difficult request).  We left the keys on the counter and let Dee know when we would be leaving, so she could wash the linens.        We found Dockside Condominiums on the HomeAway website, and booked through Prime Vacation Rentals. We were happy with the price we paid, and hope to save up and return again sometime!
