Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation cottage rental
We are 2 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening.
These vacation homes are privately owned and managed. Also available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 bedroom 1. Check out our photos, it is all very clean and tropical to put you in the latitude.

Very clean, well stocked & convenient to everything in Clearwater Beach. If we stay again we would ask for a cottage nearer to a pool. Friendly owners. One week later I have not received refundable deposit credit, but assume it is coming.

Lovely Property, Great location

Just back from a week in Clearwater. Great little house. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Teresa and Max couldn't do enough for us. Even lent us a stroller for our 4 year old. Fab location. Literally 5 minutes from a beautiful beach. Complex had 2 smallish heated pool that the kids loved. Had a really nice garden with table, chairs and a bbq. Would recommend this property and hope to get back there some day.

We loved our Lazy Lemon cottage. It is so close to the library, the beach, a Thai restaurant. The cottage was clean as a whistle, adequately equiped, and we enjoyed the bright decor. The pool area is just lovely and we would have spent many hours there had the weather been warm.

I just wanted to follow up and thank you for your kindness during our week long stay to Clearwater Beach while staying in the "Lazy Lemon". We were very pleased with your cottages. This was our first year staying with you and we will be back! We have a family of 4 with 2 children and this was just a great fit for us. We especially like the location of the Lazy Lemon having what seemed like our very own private pool while right out our back door! The cottage was especially clean and included everything we needed for the week. We even took advantage of the outside grill and cooked out several times by the pool (again completely private as if it was our very own). The location of the cottages are an easy walk to the beach, playground, basketball courts which we took advantage of several times during our stay. I must say though, one of the greatest assets to me was having our very own washer and dryer to use free of charge! WOW...that was awesome to have!
Thanks so much for your great hospitality and we look forward coming back to the cottages next year!

Dear Teresa and Max,
Tony and I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we had in the Lazy Lemon cottage. The cottage was pristine clean and I loved the pool access from the bedroom.
We also enjoyed the flat-screen television, it was a nice touch. So many times we have been to hotels etc. where they have these tiny old TVs and it makes a big difference!!! The Wi-Fi was great too as we Skyped home every night to see our doggies that we missed.
So thanks again for your hospitality and your friendliness. We definitely will be back again.

We left your condo a week ago and I want you to know that my wife, my daughter and grandaughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. Bright, clean with lots of windows to let in that great Florida sunshine. And the convenience of nearby stores and great restaurant was a plus. "My family of five and myself had an awesome vacation! We stayed at the Tangerine dream condo which was everything they say and more! The condo was ready for us and perfectly clean, nice and cool and well maintained! Theresa one of the owners was so friendly and kind. She was there for us when ever we needed her. She gave us helpful information on all attrations and activities. We rented from June 27th to July 4th 2009. I havent stopped telling friends,family and anyone who wants to listen about our wonderful week at the Tangerine Dream Condo! I can't wait to come back to Clearwater Beach and stay there again! I wont stay anywhere else. My husband and I were able to barbeque chicken on the grill provided by Theresa and Max. The pool was fun and right outside our condo. I can't say enough about the service provided to us.Theresa is a wonderful lady and made us feel welcomed and even had some awesome books for us to read whenwe had some down time. Our stay in your Tangerine Dream was exactly that, a dream. As soon as we walked in we knew this was a special place because it was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to prepare our own food which is important to us since we mostly eat in when vacationing. There were more than enough linens for the whole week and the beds were very comfortable. One of the things we enjoyed most was the beautifully landscaped and private back patio where we could eat, read or just relax. The attention to detail was evident both inside and out in countless ways. Thank you so much for our fabulous Clearwater Beach accommodations and for making our stay so pleasant. It was wonderful meeting you and we hope to see you again soon.
