Our Bruce Beach Bungalow is the family-friendliest vacation home on Clearwater Beach Island! Bring along your friends or extended family, or enjoy the spaciousness yourself of this newly updated, beautifully furnished and charmingly decorated beach bungalow under new ownership. Enjoy the two-minute walk to the sugar sands of world-renowned Clearwater Beach, but without all the crowds -- our Bungalow sits amid the private North Beach residential area of the island for the ultimate in privacy and beach access, yet is close to shops and restaurants.
WE EVEN PROVIDE THE BEACH TOWELS!
Everything you need for the ultimate family beach vacation is included: 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, beach pull cart, boogie boards, sand toys, water noodles, beach towels (most other listings want you to bring your own!) and an after-beach outdoor shower.
WE CATER TO KIDS & TOTS!
Also for your convenience are: 1 portable crib, umbrella stroller, booster/high chair, child bed guard, sippy cups and private video library of over 100 family and action/adventure movies. (For a full listing of our movies please visit our site.) Books and games are included and all bedrooms have Cable TV, plus there are 3 VCRs and 3 DVD players throughout the house, plus a 100+ movie library. Also new to the family room last summer is a big screen TV!
STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICE WITH FREE WIFI
Bring your laptop, as free wireless high-speed Internet access is available in the house, along with a Printer/Copier/Scanner machine in the master bedroom. Easy install instructions, software and cables are provided.
THE BBB SLEEPS 8 IN KING, QUEEN & TWIN BEDS + SLEEPS 2 MORE ON FUTON!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with double-stack washer dryer. The middle bedroom includes 2 queen beds with huge closet, and the third bedroom has 2 new twin beds and huge closet. And for added sleeping accomodations the sunroom has a full futon that sleeps two additional. And you can fit everyone at our large dining table which accommodates 10.
THE BEACH TROLLEY PICKS UP RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!
The Clearwater Beach trolley picks up right at the end of the BBB driveway every 30 minutes and will take you to beach shops and restaurants that are only a mile away. Less than 1 mile away is the large municipal pool with slide and lighted tennis courts -- no court time fees, just walk on! (Pool is open from end of March through October.)
Enjoy our famous sunsets and walk to The Palm Pavilion for dinner and nightly live entertainment, or skip on over to Frenchy's for the best grouper sandwich in Florida!

BBB was FANTASIC!

We loved the Bruce Beach Bungalow. The house and property were beautiful. So many "extra" were provided - two bikes, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach bags, a pull cart and so much more! TVs with many channels were in each bedroom. This is a very quiet area with a private back yard Don't miss out!

The home is a perfect location for availability to the beach. It was clean, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
