Description of the Madeira Beach vacation home rental

Special: We have discovered that family and friends enjoy renting both the upper unit and the bottom unit (the whole house) so they can enjoy their vacation together. We offer special pricing for this arrangement if both units are available. Please check with us if you are interested.
Our lease/rental units (2) are newly remodeled bungalow apartments on the beach side of the street. The top floor apartment has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. They are available for long term lease or seasonal rental. They are within steps of the world famous Madeira Beach, with its white sand and turquoise blue water. Down the street is John's Pass Village and the Boardwalk.


This is a Great Family Vacation area to enjoy the Gulf waters, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, boating, snorkeling, parasailing, swimming, and more. John's Pass Village has excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment. You're 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Orlando. Whether you're looking for rest and relaxation or theme park excitement, it's all with your reach at Maderia Beach.
Our air conditioned apartments offers:
Parking, a full kitchen setup with microwave and all home utensils, a washer and dryer in the laundry room, all linens with bath and beach towels supplied.

The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest room has a full size bed. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa. The dining room has a full size dining table. And the large deck has a gulf view and a table with chairs for relaxing or dining.

Also included are a telephone with free local calls, cable TV, high-speed wireless computer access, TV, a DVD player and a CD Player.

Walk across the street and just down the road to stroll through John's Pass Village and boardwalk. You'll find excellent dining and live entertainment, quaint art and specialty shops, parasailing, boat and Jet Ski rentals, fishing charters, shelling and sight seeing tours, a pirate ship, and casino boat dinner/lunch cruises. Fishing expeditions leave daily, as well as multi-day fishing expeditions through the Florida "middle grounds.

Just past the boardwalk is the John's Pass draw bridge, a fantastic fishing and dolphin watching spot. A short walk across the drawbridge is Gators, the "longest waterfront bar in the world." They have nightly live music, and frequently host national acts.
