Don't be crammed into a cramped condo. This beautiful home with its
nautical décor is perfect for large families or groups. You have
room to stretch out ''' 2100 sq. feet
-- with large living/dining room, four bedrooms and
two baths, full kitchen, and a spacious family room. All bedrooms
and baths are on a single floor - no stairs to deal with.

The spacious Master bedroom features a king size bed, TV/
private bath with soaker tub and shower and a huge closet. The
other Bedrooms have 1 more king and 2 queens, alarm
clocks just in case you don't want to sleep in. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

The large back yard is surrounded buy water like fishing''' grab a pole and sit on the dock and catch some snook and some sheeps head (good Eaten) i see manatee every now and again and there are alot of dolphin friends there as well there is a a large swimming pool with tropical landscaping. you can swim at night with a campfire going with the OUTDOOR FIREPLACE THIS IS NICE !!!!

shopping and amusements are close at hand, cruise the Gulf, parasail, kayak or partake in any of dozens of other nearby activities.

Sunrise Palm - disappointed, March 24, 2009

The backyard pictures were the main reason for booking and we looked forward to relaxing in the spa and pool and visiting the beaches. The management(Mike Vannes) however, made it very clear that weekely renters were not valued and that the spa was not working. This was very obviously not true after speaking with the cleaning staff and the pool/spa people that told us it was up to the management and they didn't usually have it! We paid more for 1 week than we usually do and it was "all-inclusive" according to his initial e-mails.He refused to do anything about it. The beaches were also a minimum of 30 minutes to 45 minutes away, much further than was represented on his site(which changed 2x).While I would continue to use your website because of our success in the past - I would not recommend Sunrise Palm. There was also very poor communication between the 2 parties - no information on the house and many days of stress wondering what was going on! This was very disappointing!

This home is suppose to be a premium home.The price certainly is.Of the amenities that were actually in the home many were broken,the blender, toaster, outside fan, outside tv remote and vacume.The kitchen isn't stocked and has no ice tea glasses. The master bed is horrible.The tv is tiny and way up in the corner.Upon calling "Greg" we were literally screamed at!Trust me, he's not looking out for you!The driveway is like a ski slope and you cannot access the garage for level footing.The pool looks lovely,but is NEVER heated and thereby unuseable during PEAK season pricing.They get around this by "blaming" the homeowner. There is no trash service pick up, they send a girl in a truck!The home is not in Clearwater Beach but Palm Harbor which they don't tell you until you can't back out! There are NO window treatments across the doorwalls in the living room to block the hot afternoon sun! But the windows are so dirty, they almost double as drapes! Good Luck if you rent this one!

Sweet Disappointment, December 29, 2008

The home is georgeous, close to the beach but far enough away from the craziness of the city (about 25 minutes to Clearwater Beach). We were somewhat disappointed in the house, due to higher expectations. There were several items that were broken and many things that needed to be either fixed or replaced. There were two broken coffee pots in the pantry, we had to buy one in order to have coffee in the morning. The shower heads were broken in both bathrooms. Also, the home was not clean when we arrived. The bedroom we stayed in was in desperate need of vacuuming. Also, the hotwater heater didn't produce an adequate amount of hot water. The hot water was gone before the first person finished showering. However, the home is very beautiful and quite comfortable. The layout of the house is wonderful for accommodating more than one family.

Our stay was actually 1/2009. We were mislead thru a signed contract to believe that this home was available from 1/02/09 thru 1/31/09. Just before our departure we were informed this home was not available for the first day of our "scheduled" stay. We were rerouted last minute to a hotel. This home was purposely double-booked. So renter BEWARE!
