Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation home rental

The location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action - click here for map. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60 festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts.

With 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft, the beach rental house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa.

Private (not shared) heated pool is at the main house - 26 Cambria Street, Clearwater Beach, FL. Public pool is a short walk-great slides and fun for kids. Brand new public tennis courts are walking distance. The house also now features a private hot tub.

There is also room for 6 more people directly across the street. The cottage across the street can be rented separately.

The trolley stops in front of the beach rental house. The beach rental house has room to park 2 or 3 cars.

Completely baby safe and equipped. From pack n plays to strollers to plug covers to safety gates-"WE Totally GET IT", moms! We have 2 tubs for easy baths. We have high chairs and 4 TVs, 3 DVDs/vcr players. We even have baby monitors. Ask us for anything that will make your stay easier and more comfortable.

Bring your boat-we are very near the public boat ramp.

All of the comforts of house and more. Free high speed internet cable modem and HBO-bring your laptop if you want to keep in touch. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.

Near Frenchy's Rockaway and Bobby's Bistro.

All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment and we made a big bedroom out of the living room. Casual and gourmet restaurants, live music and near the most desirable part of Clearwater beach. Pier, terrific park for kids all very near by. Rates are as posted, exceptions are holiday weeks and are typically 20% more than regular rate at that time.
