Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation home rental

This home is fully furnished and ready to move for your great winter vacation home. Nice entrance and foyer, formal living room plus 2 separate sitting areas. The incredible wooden floors lead into the kitchen with its newer top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove, and breakfast bar for 2. The formal dining room seats 8. The huge great room has 3 sets of double leather theater reclining couches. There is a fireplace just in case it gets a little chilly at night. The master suite and 2nd bedroom have king size beds in each room and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper. The awesome back yard has a brick paver patio and heated pool area with table and chairs, umbrella, lounges, and gas BBQ grill all for you to enjoy. A brick walkway leads you through the magnificent landscaping to a separate heated Jacuzzi spa. New 1/2 Bath in Garage and outdoor shower to clean off sand & oil off your feet & body. The 2 garage also has a front loading washer and dryer. INCLUDES KEY to EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE GATED CARLOUEL BEACH! Carry Supplies in our wagon provided for the short .02 mile walk to the beach. Or just walk or drive to Clearwater Beach. Lots of restaurants, stores, drug store, or ride Jolly Trolly to South Beach.

Area Information

The Carlouel is quiet exclusive neighborhoods which are close to almost everything Clear waters beach has to feature. About few minutes distance to beach, guests an even go fishing on ends of street.

Price depends on length of stay. 3-4 week rentals start @ $7000 & up. Off season slightly less. Call for details. Monthly rental includes electricity. Short term rentals including all utilities, cabled TV, internet and water. There is a cleaning fee of $200 + sales tax. Sorry for 7% sales tax and 5% as tourist tax which comes out to 12% tax. Re-fundable Security Deposits of $2000 to $3000. Few weeks are blocked for owners, who live out of the country and sometimes use the property on occasions.

Springs Break ,Holidays Weeks, New Year, Christmas , Easter , Thanksgiving , 4th July the Labor Day , gets slightly higher.

The house was as amazing in person as it was in the pictures, probably better. This house is a great house for a family to have a vacation in. everything was there for us to use. All we had to do ws supply the food and drinks. Also, what a great location.
