2006 built waterfront beach townhome with a privat boat slip/dock. Private elevator from the two and-a-half car garage all the way to the roof top terrace.

Huge master bedroom with garden tub and his and her own sink area. Tile in most areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Views are outstanding from all rooms and from the many private balconies. For added convenience the swimming pool is just out your back door off of the covered lanai. Must see to believe you could rent a place like this! Take your own personal elevator from the 2 1/2 car garage all the way to the rooftop. Great views of the Gulf and intercoastal waterways. Relax on your private rooftop terrace in your own Jacuzzi and watch the sunset. Bring your own boat and park it right behind the townhouse. Come, relax, and enjoy your vacation! Beds can be pushed together for king size or pulled apart for singles.

Other Fees: Cleaning fee for weekly rentals: $110 per week NO SMOKING

We stayed in this beautiful home with our 3 young children and it was absolutely wonderful. The location and view was unbeatable. We loved the spacious home and its beautiful decor. This was just like home and we plan on coming back and would recommend to everyone. A+++!!!

Wonderful! Exceeded our expectations. The townhouse was spacious, perfectly clean, and the location was terrific. The pool was right out the back door with plenty of lounge chairs. It was just a few blocks from the beach which was great but it was down a pretty quite street which made it very nice also. Very relaxing! The only bad thing about this vacation was the fact that we had to leave.

We had a wonderful vacation in this townhouse. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if we could have stayed longer. They had everything that we needed in the townhouse. The pool was right out the back door and just beyond the pool is a dock to fish from. The elevator was handy for luggage and groceries. We are all looking forward to a return trip.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Clearwater Beach. Very clean, beautiful accomodations, lots of extras, everything you would want in a home away from home. The master suite is gorgeous. Convenient to the beach and Pier 60. We walked everywhere! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exceeded expectations by far. From being conveniently located to the beach and restaurants, to having the wonderful amenities like the pool and hot tub, our family was delighted. The elevator was an awesome addition since we had a 91 year old Grandmother with us. It also made loading and unloading luggage, food, and drinks much easier. Watching the dolphins come up in the canal was a great treat and was free. We even had an Great Egret fly to the balcony and eat from our hands several times. One of the better vacation rentals I've ever had. Thanks.
