This was only my second time renting over the internet, so I was REALLY skeptical. Using my lawyer training, I bugged Mike with numerous phone calls and detailed questions because this place sounded too good to be true. Not only was Mike patient and forthcoming, he was also the perfect host with details on the city. The townhome was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos (outside and in), the neighborhood was peaceful (with the friendliest people), and the walk to the (most beautiful) beach was short. I can’t wait to go back! (Oh yeah, and they now have beach chairs by the pool and I didn’t have any issues – large or small.)

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! Very spacious & decorated beautifully. The only thing we wished for was some beach chairs or something to sit on at the pool. Other than that, great experience, would definitely recommend it!!

We really loved the townhome. The master bed is extremely comfortable and the rooms are large. The pier is great for fishing and the pool was nice and warm. The kids enjoyed the room and layout of the home and the roof top hot tub was fun! The elevator makes bringing in lugage and groceries a breeze. The walk to the beautiful beach is short. We love Clearwater Beach and will visit again often! Mike was very helpful and great to work with. A great time was had by all! THANKS!!

Very nice unit with all the room for my family. 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Fl. Good orientation from the owner upon our arrival. Acouple small issues came up which were addressed immediately by owner. Great stay.
