Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation villa rental

This Florida beach rental house is one of the very few Florida beach rentals that can accommodate large parties, including family reunions. With 10 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 buildings, a private court yard and just 150 steps to the sand, this fun Florida beach rental can affordably host large groups. Somerset is a great beach wedding rental house, for small quiet weddings of parties of 40 or less.

From groups of 12 to 28 people, this fun Florida vacation beach rental is affordable and comfortable. Somerset is great for the family reunions, weddings and corporate retreats. This two building rental beach house was designed for casual gatherings. The Gulf is steps from the front door and spectacular sunsets over Florida's #1 beach – Clearwater Beach. Just a short walk away to Pier 60 or ride the trolley through our Pinellas County Beaches. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, is kid central with fun activities for adults and children.

A maximum of 40 people can gather at once on the grounds. This 10-bedroom beach property is divided into two buildings. The front beach house has seven bedrooms, including two adjacent bedrooms and four bathrooms. The back beach house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In between the front and back house is a spacious courtyard featuring an oversized spa/splash pool.

The front beach has a contemporary feel with bright sherbet colors, while the back house offers a Tommy Bahama feel. The front and back beach homes each have it’s own full kitchen, dining room and family room. A connecting courtyard provides a unifying theme of privacy, relaxation and comfort. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, perfect setting for a family hangout. The courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool. Kids love the giant spa/splash pool to play and adults love it to relax at night. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and it’s available all around Clearwater Beach to Johns Pass.

The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute drive. Winter, the dolphin from the movie "A Dolphin Tale" is at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a 20 minute drive from the house

BeachHouseFL can provide tickets to local attractions such as Captain Memo Pirate Cruises, Helicopter Rides, Florida Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo. We can also order tickets to theme parks in advance. Just ask us how.

Area Information

Gatherings are permitted at this Clearwater beach rental by BeachHouseFL but excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Please plan accordingly. Famous for its sugar white sands, the beach in Clearwater FL stretches for several miles. This adorable 10 bedroom property has access to a quiet deserted area of the beach. You can also walk up the beach a short distance and be in the heart of the action. Use both the front and rear buildings for bigger groups or just one of the two for smaller parties. Yes, you can hold a small quiet wedding in the sand. Restriction apply-please ask.

Thanksgiving get together

We had a great time . Both houses were very clean and plenty of room for parents,grown children and grandchildren . Courtyard perfect for thanksgiving dinner. Grand Children. 26-8 years old had fun in hot tub ,block to beach to cool, to go in gulf but touch football on the sand. Beautiful sun sets. Walked to pier for fishing boat and dinner cruise,restaurants and coffee shop . Maybe one mile to pier 60. Parking for 5 cars plus if need be. Thanksgiving dinner we had 28 people worked out well I did rent four propane heaters ,cool November evenings .short on closet space.. Both houses have very workable kitchens.bring your own beach towels. Beds were comfortable . Nice way to have your whole family in one place. Would definitely recommend .

Great location and great city. Awesome hot tub. Washer and dryer was very handy. Houses may be a little tight for 28 guests. One dishwasher was broken which we temporarily fixed so that we could use it. One bathroom smelled pretty bad the whole week from the group before. Neighbor calls the cops very easily (we weren't that loud). Good vacation. Would recommend for families.

This rental home was great, it was not home but suited our needs well. We had our annual retreat (Men and boys) there was 26 in total. Showers were a bit small, we cooked and found all of the utensils that we needed. The place was nice, our only thing was that when the boys were outside playing the ball went over in an elderly neighbours yard and she was not nice at all. I would recommend your home.

The place was a great size for 6 couples and 3 infants. The hot tub was huge. The grills were great to cook out with. The Baby's loved the Wagons provided by the property. The two large suits worked well with an infant in the second room. I don't think they should be considered for four separate rooms, just two large rooms with a separator. The couches should be replaced soon... The one makes everyone float to the middle. We also spent 4 days with smelly garbage dumpster outside. The Price was amazing. But, the discount surely reflected the weather in Florida that week. We had one full day of sunshine and 3 overcast days on the beach. The rest of the time it rained. Overall, it was nice to have the whole family together in one place for a whole week. I don't think any other place or places could have been better.

The Somerset villa was a great location to have a vacation. The beach was less than a block away. The shops & the pier were about a fifteen minute walk from the house. The patio area provided a great eating/play area for every age group. Overall, our experience was great.

Our entire tennis team and parents were able to stay together. The owners helped us with everything from directions and help with the courts to feeding all these hungry kids. Every year tradition. Adorable, functional, lots of room and on the best part of the beach. A good time was had by all.

We are a group of metaphysical ministers and 26 of us gathered for a 5 night retreat at Somerset House. We had an amazing time. This property is so well maintained and so homey. Bedrooms were able to accommodate a big crowd. Other rooms in the houses on the small size. From a web site a pool was listed as a feature. However there was only a hot tub. Thank goodness for the public pool that is located 4 blocks from the houses. Daily rate is $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for kids. Houses are well equipped with baby items but a couple of beach chairs would have come in handy. Flies and mosquitos were really bad at different times of the days making it almost impossible to eat meals outdoors. Cooking would have been made easier if the kitchens were stock with basic utensils.
