This fully equipped condo is 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with a brand new kitchen, modern decorations and furnishings. Bed and bath linens, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious private balcony.
Two queen sized beds, leather sofa, dishwasher, two televisions, and plenty of space to relax in.
Nestled 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, this quiet neighborhood has three heated pools, club house, and is close to all major shops and malls.The balcony over looks a common garden which adds to the tranquility.
The new outdoor Clearwater mall is five minutes away with Albertsons and CVS Drug Stores less than a five minute walk away.
Perfect for a vacation or an executive rest stop, so you can do business and enjoy your down time.
Monthly only $1500.00, there is also a $500.00 deposit which can be applied to electric, cable, internet, and phone usage. The remainder is returned once those bills have been finalized. There is also the 12% Florida hotel sales tax which will be added to your total stay.
A nonrefundable $60.00 cleaning fee will also be added to your final fee.
Price does not change with the season, so take advantage of open bookings.

Clearwater is beautiful city with parks, recreational facilities, lush white sandy beaches, night clubs, malls, extensive shopping conveniences, and a hometown family feel within 20-30 minutes from Tampa. The Clearwater Airport is 10 minutes away with Tampa airport about 10-20 minutes drive away.
The Clearwater Mall, Country Side Mall, are 5-10 minutes away with three more malls in Tampa less than 30 minutes drive away.
Don't have a car, the Pinellas Transit Authority has an extensive bus transportation system throughout Pinellas county and the greater Tampa Bay Area.

Clean and pleasant condo

My wife and I stayed there during the month of March. The condo is very nice , clean and close to all sorts of activity and restaurants including the public transportation if one needs it. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the small lake in the development.
