The Clearwater Mall, Country Side Mall, are 5-10 minutes away with three more malls in Tampa less than 30 minutes drive away.

Refund is available 30 days after booking, after that time refunds will become partial. No refunds offered once arrival date is 90 days away.
- Other Fees: Electric, cable,and water are included. Bed linen and bath towels are included, along with kitchen utensils/tools. No clean up fee if unit is returned in clean condition with sheets/towels cleaned.
If you have additional needs or questions please let us know.
Rates have been lowered because of lower expenses, please make sure to leave the condo the way you found it, this will allow me to keep the rates low. This also prevents the need for a cleaning fee.
