24 HOUR MANNED GATED 5-STAR RESORT STYLE LIVING IN TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA-Grand Venezia Waterfront Community
This unique 1 bed/1 bath waterfront condo with a living room, dining room, fully stocked granite kitchen and bathroom, and an office space. This unit is fully furnished with everything you need from kitchen ware to high quality Tommy Bahama furniture and Plasma TVs. The unit includes a nice water view. It's definitely a move-in ready suite. All you need to bring is your tooth brush and clothes.
The rental can be leased monthly for $2100 or weekly for $800.

* PAYMENT: We require a 50% deposit to hold a specific time frame with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. We only accept money orders and bank checks for payment. A $500 for damage/keys deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of check-out. We also collect 12% for state and local taxes, a $70 one-time cleaning fee.
* CANCELLATIONS: Should you cancel your stay with us, your payment (less a $75 cancellation fee) will be refunded only for the period of time that we are able to rebook to other visitors. Please purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel.
