The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit ~per Condo Association rules.

Sand Key is an upscale area of Clearwater Beach, lying just south of the Clearwater beach across the bridge over Clearwater pass. It is close to the tourist areas, yet far enough away to provide a quiet break from the crowds. You can walk for miles and take in the expansive Gulf views, or just sit on the sand and watch the sparkling water.
Gulf Blvd. runs down the center of Sand Key, which is a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida . Less than a mile wide, the Western side of Gulf Blvd has sandy white beaches and a row of high rise condominiums. The Eastern side of Sand Key fronts on the Inter coastal Waterway. Condo's, townhouses, and single family homes line the East side of Gulf Blvd. most with boat docking facilities.
