* PAYMENT: We require a 50% deposit to hold a specific time frame with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $300 for damage/keys deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of check-out. We also collect 12% for state and local taxes, a $70 one-time cleaning fee.
* CANCELLATIONS: Should you cancel your stay with us, your payment (less a $75 cancellation fee) will be refunded only for the period of time that we are able to rebook to other visitors. Please purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel.
