Granite counters in baths and kitchen, includes washer/ Dryer in unit iron and ironing board . Built in blow dryers in each bathroom . Two master suites with 2 king beds and plasma tv's, Gas stove great for cooking. Also has a queen size sofabed. $2,600 monthly, plus 12% hotel tax , and 100.00 cleaning fee. $200 refundable deposit. Shopping ,resuturants ,bars, golfing , beaches and the airport are all close to the condo. Located in the luxury style resort of Grand Venezia, which includes amenities such as:

A Great Place to Get Away

My boyfriend and I booked this condo to get away from life in Baltimore. We loved the condo and all of its amenities. We really loved the pool, the jacuzzi, and sauna because they stayed open until 10 PM. The condo was tidy and had most of what we needed although beach towels, chairs and a cooler would have been awesome since we didn't travel with those items on the plane. We also enjoyed being able to cook breakfast every morning and wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor grill since there is a great seafood purveyor, Wards, nearby. While we wish we were closer to the beach, (it is only 6 miles, but it takes a solid 20 minutes) we found it very convenient to be between Tampa and Clearwater. Hopefully the construction will be done soon because the traffic and lights were awful. Mary made it very easy. The condo complex is very gorgeous and its location on the bay makes it easy to relax. The clubhouse staff were also very friendly. If you are looking to get away and do a lot of nothing, this is your place!
