I also have a 3/2 with spectacular waterviews from every room. $600 Weekly untill October 2009,Starting November 1st weekly rates is $775.00 12% Hotel tax, And a $70 cleaning fee.$200 refundable deposit. The 2 bed condo was very well appointed and had most everything we needed, except for the obvious, coffee, filters, dishwashing soap etc. There was no pool available at the time of our stay, but we were close enogh to the beaches to enjoy them The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and our security depost was refunded in a timely manner We would definatley stay there again.
