This one bedroom Condo is perfect for 2-3 people and is centrally located and very close to all amenities, walking distance to the Countryside Mall, 20 minutes to both Tampa and St. Petersburg International Airports. Only 10 minute drive to beaches.

This complex has a beautiful heated pool, with recreational area. The condo backs onto a park, with lit Tennis Courts and is close to many Golf Courses.

Fully equiped with new Washer/Dryer, a/c, Wifi Internet and your own covered parking. New 42 in. LCD T.V for viewing enjoyment.

We stayed from Jan 1, 2011 through Mar 31, 2011 and we had a great time. The condo is located near everything you would want or need. You are also 10 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State park which is fabulous. The owner couldn't be nicer too. We highly recommend staying here ! Thanks again Mr. B !
