Recently remodeled pool side condominium , near the beach yet far from heavy crowds . Its completed with a king size bed , additional sleeper sofa and flat screened 32 inches TV & Wi-Fi .

Our condo is located in nice area . It’s next to Clear water Yachts club , the prestigious yacht club. Condo community has just 18 units & is away from crowds. Leisurely walk to streets for finest restaurants & some live music . Also , off streets parking included .

Gas BBQ is located near the pool area for grilling yummy meals.

The 2 most famous beaches , they both are located with in walking distance from unit .

Secluded beach is just 6 minutes away . You will share the spectacular views of beach with few people around , like some boaters . The beach is truly awesome .
