We were somewhat disappointed in this home. First of all, we were not given the address to the home until we were on our way to Florida and then only after making several phone calls. The home is advertised as a Clearwater home....it is AT LEAST 30 minutes north of Clearwater. The home is older and not as clean as expected. There are stains on the furniture and carpet. The furniture has not been cleaned behind in quite some time. The high speed internet that is advertised is an ethernet connection. I had to get the cable and box out of the closet to use it. Then towels and linens are old and worn out. There were no sheets on the twin beds and no sheets in the house to use on the fold-away beds. The kitchen is not set up to cook a gourmet meal, as indicated. Overall, the home is just ok.... it definitely needs some improvements.

This is a nice home for the price. It is not in a tourist area so the small town is quite and easy to get around. Howard Park beach is near by and a nice place to walk or have a picnic. Honeymoon island state park was only a 7 mile drive and has a very nice beach.
