This is a 6 bedroom waterfront home with 2 master suites , a separate apartment with full second kitchen, T'here are 3 living areas and can accomodate 19 people to sleep (with sofa beds) or 20 with an extra sofa which is really comfortable.
It has a pool, jaccuzzi, boat dock , a thousand feet from intracoastal and on a really nice quiet cul de sac street.

Area Information

Very quiet cul de sac street between downtown Clearwater and downtown Dunedin where there's a lot of activities and little cafes and nice restaurants.
The beach is about 7 to 10 minutes drive or you can go with your boat from the back yard.
