Reviews for this vacation home rental in Clearwater, Florida
Gorgeous home, gracious hostess, beautiful beach!
June 12, 2013
My family and my sister's family stayed at Irina's house for a long weekend in March. We had not spent time together as families in a while, and wanted to find a fun and relaxing place to catch up and enjoy each other. Needless to say, our experience was exactly what we were looking for. Let me start by saying that the house was immaculately clean. We are all neat freaks in my family, and the house was so clean that we felt like we were at home. There was not a bit of dirt or speck of dust anywhere. The floors, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. My sister, who is particularly hard to please when it comes to cleanliness, was thrilled and swears that she will not stay anywhere else in Florida. Cleanliness is usually an issue when traveling, especially to the beach, and so the condition of this house, which the owner obviously takes a lot of pride in, was a wonderful surprise. Not only was the house clean, but it was luxurious and relaxing too. The living room was large and the seating was lush, which was perfect for spedning time together talking and laughing at the end of a long day at the beach. The beds were so comfortable that they felt new (maybe they are, I didn't ask), which is also a bonus when traveling to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and private as well, giving us the feeling of being home even though we were on vacation. The kitchen was spacious and well-appointed, and allowed four adults to cook a meal with no hitches and no bumping into each other. An added bonus was the gazebo in the backyard, where we ate dinner and enjoyed one of the cooler nights during our stay. The location of the house was perfect as well, only miles away from Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach has been rated as one of the best beaches in the country, and it is for good reason, as the beach is pristine, the sand is white, and the water is warm. I cannot imagine going down to Florida and going to another beach. Last, Irina was a gracious and wonderful hostess, returning emails promptly before and during our visit. She even recommended a few restaurants to eat at during our stay, and her recommendations were spot on. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience. We are already planning our trip for next year!

We booked a last minute trip this past March and had no trouble making reservations, The property owners were very courteous and accommodating. We loved the house, which is located near downtown Clearwater and just 5 min by car to Clearwater Beach. Great house for a vacation and there were lots of books there to read on a day when it was rainy. We had a great time and we will be back for sure.

Great stay in a convenient location

Irina's place is just a gem. I was looking for a convenient location in Clearwater to escape this gloomy NY weather and this was perfect. Not only is the house immaculate, cozy and spacious, it's not that far from the beautiful beaches of the area. Not to mention, I'm not the earliest of risers and Irina was kind enough to let me check out a little bit later than 10AM. She's such a sweet host and it's such a great place, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Florida.

We visited Clearwater this May and stayed at Irina's house. The house has everything you need and is very close to the beach. We took the trolley like Irina recommended and it saved us money and time on parking. We loved the farmers market in the downtown. Ps: Make sure to check out the island Way Grill for dinner (it's a little pricey but was a great experience). Also check out private beaches in Indian rocks beach. They are super quiet and you'll be able to get away from the crowds on Clearewater beach.
