This fifth floor condo is sure to be the perfect aspect to your whole vacation. Warm tones and beachy themes will bring you to the right state of mind for your stay in Clearwater Beach.

This unit JUST came on the market, October 24, 2014! The furnishings are all brand new and have a very classy touch.

The living room, the first room you walk into when entering the condo, has a beautiful brown leather sectional couch and a large flat screen TV with surround sound!

The dining room, set for 6 at the table, looks right over the Bay of Clearwater, where the dolphins will feed and boats pass by on their daily adventures. The kitchen offers a bar with 2 stools for extra seating, brand new granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and of course the expensive view over the dining area to the bay.

In the hallway to the first bedroom and bathroom is a stacked, front loading washer and dryer.

Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin sized beds, a great sized closet, a large dresser and flat screen TV, and a window with views over to the Gulf of Mexico, where the sunset will reflect in and color the room every day. Just outside this bedroom is the first bathroom, with a separate granite top vanity, and combo tub/shower.

Bedroom #2 is the "Master" bedroom, with a beautiful King sized Tempurpedic bed, wall mounted flat screen TV that rotates to accommodate, and access to the PRIVATE balcony overlooking the city of Clearwater Beach to the Gulf of Mexico. Sit here every evening and watch as the sun slowly slides down behind the water on the horizon, making a breath-taking array of orange, pink, purple and reds covering the sky.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen sized Tempurpedic bed, lots of dresser space, a flat screen TV and of course a nice window letting in the beach rays and sunsets at dusk.
