Fully furnished single-story townhome, 2 BR, 1 BA, FL room, carport, community pool, laundry. Quiet, well maintained.
Restricted to over 55, no pets. Available between October 2006 and June 2007 (3-months lease minimum) $1,200 per month (water, electricity,cable included) plus 11% Florida taxes. Refundable security deposit $1,000.
Things to do:
Swim in the heated pool; walk to Freedom Park to fish or to watch the baby alligators (the big ones were removed); 20-minute drive to the beach; fish from the St. Petersburg or Clearwater Pier; visit Busch Gardens; explore a museum or an aquarium; take your visiting grandchildren to the zoo; shop your heart out at nearby flea-markets, outlet malls or up-scale shopping centers; attend the lecture series at Eckerd College; eat, drink, dance and be merry at many of the venues catering especially to senior citizens. Everything is in easy driving distance.
