This 3000 sq ft villa, with its wide open spaces, is light, clean and sleek in appearance. Modelled with all modern features that today’s families deserve on their vacation, it is comfortable and easy on the eye – appointed throughout with furniture from one of Orlando’s leading interior designers, ceiling fans, artwork with just the right amount of greenery.

The villa is ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining, where one space seems to blend seamlessly into another. The formal dining area flows effortlessly into the Great Room, where you can sink into the sofas and chairs whilst watching cable TV on the 46” TV with surround sound theatre system complete with DVD/video library, or look out through the patio doors towards the pool and spa area.

You will never feel closed in while preparing a meal in the spacious kitchen. Just look past the counter tops through the Great Room and out towards the pool. A gourmet cooks delight, there is plenty of room for you or a team of caterers to prepare a feast. Fully equipped with top of the line Maytag appliances, all the cookware you will need, and 12 place settings. Alternative to the formal dining why not go “Alfresco” with cooking poolside with either a choice of gas or charcoal barbeque.

This fantastic 5 bedroomed home comfortably sleeps 12. The two master suites have there own private entry onto the lanai and pool area, a perfect place to start the day with breakfast by the pool or a nightcap after a day at the parks.

This beautiful villa is situated amongst orange groves on a small select and up-market development within 5-25 minutes of Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Parks, Downtown Orlando, Orlando International Airport and Florida Citrus Tower. Major supermarket chains, restaurants and shops are all within a 1-10 mile radius, there are also at least 50 excellent golf courses within a 30 mile radius. Easy access to all major highways (Interstate 4, Florida Turnpike, Beeline Expressway, Greeneway, US 27), are within 5-20 minutes.

This was the perfect home for a large family. We have 7 children and there was ample room to relax and play. The pool was wonderful (the hot tub was the best.) The game room had everything we enjoy - pool table, indoor basketball game, and air hockey. There was so much to do, we didn't have to leave the house to have fun. Next time, we wouldn't book so many days at the parks. We needed to contact Emily a couple of times and she was excellent. The only down side was some of the properties in the neighborhood. Driving by we saw garbage strewn on the lawns. It is a shame because our home owners can do nothing about it. Aside from that, we would absolutely recommend this home.
