• Deposits: Deposits - All cottages require a $250 fully refundable deposit (if no damage to cottage). Deposits will be refunded within 30 days departure. Deposits may not be applied to payment of cottage.
   
• Other Fees: Pets - No pets at the Eagle's Nest cottage. The Blue Heron is our pet friendly cottage. All pets must be pre-approved by management. There is a cleaning fee of $75. Pontoon Boat Rental - $150 for a full day (8am-6pm) or $90 for ½ day (8am-1pm).
