Space was Perfect

Booked the house over Thanksgiving week so my family traveling from the North and Midwest could spend time together as oppose to 3-4 hotel rooms over the holiday celebration. It exceeded our expectations. Rooms were a GREAT size. Enough beds/sizes. Enough towels/wash cloths. Fully equip kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool table, x-box, hot tub. It was too cold for the pool but that was mother nature at her best. I would certainly rent this house again. This was my first time renting a home on this web site and I and my family were truly satisfied and plan to rent again in 2013. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I can not even think of one complaint outside of wishing I could get into the pool and again Mother nature at its best. Owner was very responsive to my inquiries, instructions for house and local things were laid out. Just Great. I guess If I had to say one thing based on the time of year I went I would have like to make the heat in the house warmer. But on the scale of satisfaction It was truly a 9 out of 10.

Florida House review

Nice stay overall. Carpets are in dire need of replacing and vents are all full of extreme dust and buildup. We had to use the heat and it all came blowing down on us. Hot tub didn't work for us but we found out it was because of the cool nights. Then the guy changed the time on the heating to go off a little later so we could enjoy it later at night. Instead of setting the time at 8 am to 8 pm for the pool to heat, they should ask each separate client when they would like the hot tub for. We liked to have it later at night after we did the parks all day. Unfortunately we couldn't use it the first 5 nights as it was always off by 8. As I indicated it was a nice stay overall, but the kids were really dissappointed by the games room. There was only 1 dart and there was no PS2 as advertised. When we couldn't use the hot tub, they couldn't entertain themselves as the net didn't work either for the pingpong. We would definitely consider going this route again though as it was the first time we rented rather than staying in a hotel.

Wonderful place

This house was beautiful. Very peaceful, and relaxing. The furnishings were lovely, the dishes were wonderful. (I would love to buy the same patern, but cant find them) The only problem we had was we did not know that the spa/pool heat wont work if it is under 50 degrees outside. We had cool weather, so out of 14 days, we only got to use the spa/pool 4 days. We had a lovely time anyways. The game room was a hit with the kids, the second living room was wonderful separation of space from the kids when we had adult time. All in all this was a wonderul home, and a great vacation. Even with 12 people we did not feel cramped at all. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this home to a large group of people.

We spent the first two weeks of April at your lovely villa
We had a wonderful time despite the fact we travelled from Houston through te most horrendous storms, complete with mini tornadoes. I was woried about the trip because I was recovering fromm a torn Achilles Tendon, but even the local Walmart had a motorised boogie. It was really quite exciting to go shopping. I spent hours in the pool doing exercises and have returned home much stronger.

Just returned after our stay at your holiday villa, found the villa to be clean, roomy, pool great, games room well used. Plus air conditioning a god send, room fans really good (now I've been informed we need them in our home in th UK). Found the property easily enough with your directions, although we knew the area as we stayed further down the 27 previously at the Orange estate.
No problems with entering the villa via key pad control, alarm system or contacting management company who where very friendly and helpful.
Would not hesitate in staying at your villa in the future, but may be a few years off yet.
Again thanks for letting us stay at your villa from both families and your correspondence during the booking of the holiday.
