Located in Clermont the home is only 15 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour from both coasts. Shopping and Restaurants galore are minutes away. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius.

Situated minutes off Hwy #27. Less than 1/2 a mile to Hwy # 192 the main route to Disney attractions and restaurants. 10 minutes from Hwy #4 the route to Sea World, Universal Studios and outlet shopping. Wal-mart Superstore and new Lowe's are minutes away.

the house was very spacious, well decorated and plenty of room. Did have issues with the wireless internet, the place was dusty and the filter did not work well in the pool. Bigget problem was it was cold in the house and we couldnt adjust the thermostat. Would we stay again? yes

We has a excelent experience renting this house, we had everything we needed and more. It is a beautiful home and had more than enough space for us. It is close to all the stores you could ask for and just a few minuets from disney. will would definatly rent thsi property again
