We are pleased to offer you our home that will undoubtedly help make your Orlando vacation both relaxing and memorable. It is located in the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes, on US27, just 1 mile north of 192. Just 10 minutes from Disney World

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home is beautifully decorated Floridian style and offers all the comfort and amenities necessary to make your vacation unique. Including game room, large screen TV, WiFi and much more

We take pride in our home and what it offers - that is what differentiates us from the many homes available in the area!

Area Information

Nice and quite development of Sunrise Lakes, just 10 mintues from Disney.
Golf courses just a short drive away, as well as State Park suitable for hiking and fishing.

We had the best vacation staying in this house. It was spacious, had everything we could ever need and allowed us to just relax as though we were at home. The pool was great fun at the end of a long day visiting the parks. The location was perfect for all the parks and everything we needed very close by. I absolutely recommend this house. The owners were great to work with.

Home away from home (Hated to leave)

The house was spacious and allowed our big family to have their space, I could not imagine my wife and I having 5 kids ranging from 2 to 20 in a cramped hotel or even a suite and still pay more money than this very nice home. The little kids loved the pool, the older ones listened to music in the garage game room (Pool Table, Air Hockey and Fooseball)while dad enjoyed the 54" big screen and the BBQ. Mom even liked having the convenience of doing laundry and packing light for our 7 day trip. The owners were very prompt and polite in all their communications by phone and email. I especially liked the lock box at the house versus driving to a management company somewhere else to pick up a key like some other rental homes require. This home is 10-15 minutes west of Disney using the 1.00 toll road (well worth it). A SuperWal-Mart is less than mile away in case you forgot something and they have a huge selection of Disney gifts. I miss the Disney meal plan, but it was worth the trade off.
