Description of the Clermont vacation home rental
Come... Enjoy and Relax in our beautiful and AFFORDABLE, vacation home. Located only eight miles to Disney and nearby Orlando Attractions, our home offers three bedrooms and two baths.
The master bedroom is furnished with a new King bed, TV, a huge garden tub and ample shower stall . The 2ND bedroom has a queen size bed, the third offers 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes an eat-in area. There is a formal dining room , a formal living , sit back and relax in the family room which is spacious and comfy. The enclosed screened in patio allows you to spend relaxing evenings bird watching as the birds enjoy the orange blossoms of the citrus trees, you are one with nature here. Help yourself to a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice from our 3 orange trees when in season, you won 't have this in a hotel! All linens (including bed, bath, and kitchen) are provided.
The community clubhouse is within walking distance from the house, you can relax at the Olympic-size pool or play tennis, soccer or basketball. A children 's playground is located near the pool as well.
