Overall we had a good experience. The house was exactly as described and pictured. We rented this house for the location to the beach and ease of going to Marlins Stadium. When we arrived, we had to put out the garbage from the people before us since the garbage collection is not the same day as checkout. We also had a little issue with ants in the kitchen, which is not uncommon for Florida and considering we tropical storm had passed through. The owner had someone sent out immediately to remedy that. Other than that, our kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

We enjoyed our vacation in this comfortable house so much. Everything was clean and tidy. Darin the owner was more than helpful and friendly. Also the outdoor area was very cosy. The new dock makes a good impression. We hope to come again.

We stayed in this home for 12 days, the house was clean when we got there and well supplied with everything.There was eight of us, four adults and four kids and it was comfortable.The pool and its surrondings looks beautiful. We did not meet the owner but he made it clear that we can always reach him on his cellphone with any concerns. I would definitely go back.

Our family of 6 adults and one baby stay in this house for 11 days over the Christmas Holidays. This house is large and offers an open concept for living room dining room and kitchen. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect with the senic view up and down the canal. This house offered every thing a family could want, very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend.

The Owner Will Find Any Excuse To Not Refund Your Deposit!! His Reason Was Because His Cleaning Crew Said There Was Dog Hair In The House And Because I Left To Much Trash (in Garbage Bags) That Would Not Fit In One Garbage Can. Mind You I Scrub The House For A Our Before I Left. The House Is Nice But Just Know It Will Cost You A Extra $200 Dollars To Stay A Weekend There :)he Also Never Called To Tell Me This I Called Him 11 Days After I Left And That Is The Story He Told Me..

this was a beautiful home for our family to stay in...perfect for us. We came down to see my sister graduate, it was really nice. All of our family was able to be together and the owner was very nice. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location!! the pool was wonderful and the jacuzzi was perfect!! the beds were very comfortable, even the fold out sofa sleeper where the girls slept was nice. alot of room in this house, and very nice. This stay made our visit ten times that much better!!!
