Thank you for considering our Disney-area "Princess Palace" vacation rental home where you'll find accommodations fit for a "Princess!" We hope that you'll "be our guest, be our guest, and put our service to the test!" You'll be thrilled with our luxury accommodations that sleep 12 people comfortably, yet still so close to the mouse with the big ears. This spacious home features not just 1 but 2 large queen-size master bedroom suites complete with huge private bathrooms. We've completely upgraded the bedding in all 5 bedrooms, including sumptuous 1,200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and ensemble in the main master bedroom and we've just added a set of 1,200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets to the second master bedroom as well as a Daisy Fuentes designer ensemble. The main master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and handicap-accessible shower.
The second master bedroom has a daybed/crib stored in the corner all ready for your infant or toddler. It features a Sealy mattress, Sealy mattress pad, and special "Princess" sheets. It's a strong, well-made unit and should be capable of holding the most active toddler. Please note that the crib is only stored under the wall-mounted Magnavox TV/DVD/VCR combination set and should be moved prior to use simply as a precaution. Even though all wall-mounted sets are done so extra-securely, it's always better to err on the side of caution. It's important to mention that all mattresses are of above-average quality to ensure a wonderful, dream-filled "Disney" night of rest. The bathrooms also have an ample supply of towels so that you'll have extra towels to use around the pool. To ease any concerns you might have, please also note that this home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each guest leaves, ensuring that it's impeccably clean upon your arrival.
We haven't forgotten the children either. Your "little princesses" can choose between our two Disney "Princess-themed" bedrooms, the first featuring two twin size beds or the other offering 1 full size bed. Both "Princess" bedrooms have special pictures, clocks, and desk lamps reflecting the "Princess" theme. For your "Junior Racers" we have a Disney "Cars-themed" bedroom featuring two twin size beds with "Cars" comforter, sheets, pillow cases, wall pictures, lamps, and all the appropriate decorations that is sure to thrill any "Cars" enthusiast. All bedrooms feature extra-large closet areas and dresser drawers for ample storage of clothing.
Furthermore, we recently installed brand-new Magnavox 24" combination TV/DVD/VCR sets into each and every bedroom. They've been securely mounted off the floor on special wall-mount stands that keep them out of everyone's way. Putting these sets into all the bedrooms allows each guest to watch whatever program they desire, or they can simply visit the brand-new Wal-Mart Super Center just a mile away and pick up the latest movie release. All of the Magnavox units also feature front-mounted AV jacks that allow for easy video game hook-up.
Even more recently, we installed a brand-new wide-screen Vizio LCD 1080i HDTV in the living room for your viewing enjoyment when relaxing as a family. The super-bright crystal clear picture is beyond description. We also added an up-converting HD-DVD unit for your use at the same time. Finally, we had the cable company install a digital converter so that most programs are now received in true 1080i High Definition. After I installed this beautiful new set, I didn't want to leave the living room! You could easily spend hours watching your favorite sporting event or program on this fantastic wide-screen LCD HDTV set.
You'll also be pleased to know that we had High-Speed Wireless Internet service installed in our fine vacation rental home (can be used with an Ethernet cable also). If you need to keep up with your email or surf the net, simply bring your laptop. If you prefer to keep in touch with your family back home via the telephone we've also upgraded to Digital Voice Service which allows you unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Additional options in our "Princess Palace" vacation rental home include 2 portable playpens, a high chair, and 3 baby strollers if needed (no additional rental fees). We also recently added a Graco "running" stroller so that you can enjoy your daily exercise routine with child "in tow". The Graco running stroller also comes with a Graco car seat which can be adapted to the running stroller if you have an infant joining you. Of course you can use the car seat in your vehicle if you wish. We just ask that you remember to leave it in the home before your departure.
One of our newest additions is a fully-equipped game room. We now offer, for your enjoyment, your choice of game tables which include a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Please feel free to enjoy any or all of these amenities while staying at the "Princess Palace." Furthermore, your children will find numerous board games to keep themselves occupied during their "down times". You may also be pleased to know that there is a large-capacity washer and dryer on-site which allows you to wash your clothes anytime without an additional charge. Just think-you won't have to return home with a mountain of clothes to wash.
The kitchen in our beautiful Disney-themed vacation rental home is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a small table with 4 chairs, brand-new multi-cycle Whirlpool dishwasher, garbage disposer, microwave, electric range, and a large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. All the kitchen amenities that you'll need are also there including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, full set of pots & pans, cooking utensils, flatware, glasses, etc. Of course, all necessary linens for the home are provided including dish towels and dish rags. There is also a dining room table with 6 chairs adjacent to the kitchen to accommodate larger groups.
The 15' x 30' heated pool is inviting and is sure to please the entire family. Pool heating is an extra $150/week, or portion of a week, plus taxes during the cold season. There's nothing like coming home to soak in a warm pool after chasing the kids around one of the local theme parks all day! Pool heating is generally needed between October 1 and April 30, but some may also want to consider pool heat as early as September 1 and as late as May 31, depending on seasonal weather fluctuations. One final note: all pool access doors are "alarmed" as a safety precaution for the protection of your children.
As for the business end, we do require a $500 booking (or reservation) fee. This fee is part of the entire rent, not "in addition" to the rent. Some people are confused by this and think that we charge an extra $500. This is not true. Like most vacation rental home owners, we require this fee when reserving our vacation rental home. Then, at least 30 days prior to your arrival, we require the balance of your rent, minus the booking fee previously paid. If your reservation is "last-minute", then we require the full amount of the rent within 48 hours. Sales tax of 7% and lodging tax of 4% will be added to all rental amounts. Please be aware that there is also an $80 cleaning fee, plus taxes, for all stays less than 7 nights in duration. We pay the cleaning fee for all stays of 7 nights or longer. When you complete the paperwork please keep in mind that we will need a security deposit in the amount of $250 to be sent back with your final rental payment. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure assuming no damage to the home or contents.
Our rental periods start with check-in on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM and extend to the following Saturday morning with check-out at 10:00 AM; however, we will make exceptions to this policy if requested and whenever possible. The booking fee and rent can be paid via PayPal using your debit or credit card but a 4% handling fee will be assessed to cover the charges to us for accepting your debit or credit card for payment. Furthermore, all renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent the "Princess Palace". Please note that there is a strict no-smoking policy in the home and pets are not permitted on the property. Owner reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone for any reason.
After your booking fee has been received we'll send you an email confirmation and your reservation will be added to our rental calendar. Then, after the final payment of your rent and your security deposit has been received (which is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date) we'll email you a code that will operate the electronic front door locking system at the "Princess Palace" for the duration of your stay. It will not be necessary for you to visit a management company once you complete and return the paperwork that we will provide to you. Normally you'll send the rental agreement and Guest Registration Form back to us along with your booking fee when you reserve the "Princess Palace".
Pricing varies by the season and we offer 4 pricing structures. These are defined as "Low Season", "Mid Season", "High Season", and "Holiday Season". The premium weeks are priced higher accordingly.

My beautiful "Princess Palace" is in a nice subdivision of similar homes called Clear Creek. It's located just 2 miles north of the "Four Corners" business area, which is named this because 4 counties come together right at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. Also, just 1 mile south of me between my subdivision and where the two aforementioned highways intersect there stands a brand new Super Wal-Mart along with a whole host of famous-name restaurants and many other retail shops. You won't have to far for meals whether you prefer to buy your food and stay in or go out for a nice meal.

Very satisfied, August 2, 2009 This house was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Disney World and Sea World. We stayed here during our recent visit to Disney World/Sea World.
Our daughter had fallen in love with the Princess rooms before we even booked.
We were not at all disappointed, everything was as promised.
We frequently rent condos and it seems as though we have to constantly wash towels to keep up with the usage. That is not the case with this house. The owners have stocked the house with TONS of towels. The kitchen is perfectly stocked as well. If you have a baby this is the place to stay. The owner provides a port-a-crib (play yard) and a high chair at NO EXTRA CHARGE!!
This is as close to a home away from home as you will find. Little girls will fall in love with the two princess rooms (and a princess bathroom) and little boys will be crazy about the cars room.
We will be recommending this house to any of our friends who will be vacationing in Orlando.

This house is amazilngly well furnished. It was love at first sight, a perfect place for a vaction stay. It is in a very nice neighborhood and well connected to all key attractions in Orlando.
It has every possible facility that one would expect in a home away from home - Huge LCD TV, DVD Player, VCR, High Speed Internet Access with Wireless Braodband, Private TV in every room, well furnished kitchen etc.
We were not at all disappointed, everything was as promised.
The house is well stocked with every necessity. Little girls will fall in love with the two princess rooms (and a princess bathroom) and little boys will be crazy about the cars room.
The owner is a wonder person and the management company is alos very professional.
We strongly recommend this house to any of our friends who will be vacationing in Orlando.

The house was awesome. It is close to everything in Orlando. We were traveling with a group of 22 and rented the house next door for the rest of our group. The Disney Princess Palace worked great for us because we were with 2 little boys and 3 little girls and they loved the themed rooms. We also loved having the wifi internet access because we were able to contact Dave(the owner) easily with any questions or concerns. All the baby things in the house came in handy for our youngest girl. We will definately recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area and hope to stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. The adults appreciated being able to comfortably lounge around and the convenience of grocery stores and the attractions. The kids LOVED using the pool whenever they wanted, having their "own rooms" and the game room.

Dave, the house is great! We loved our stay in the "Princess Palace". Our 4 year old daughter loved the princess rooms, and our 7 year old son loved the cars room. All of the baby accessories (crib, highchair, pack-n-play and stroller) came in very handy with our 6 month old. My parents were also traveling with us, so having the two master suites was especially nice. The house was very clean, and well decorated. The game room was put to good use by my husband, son, and father. We all had a wonderful time on our vacation, and I have already recommened the princess palace to several friends who have asked us where we stayed during our Disney vacation. We loved staying here. The heated pool was put to good and frequent use by my father in law; the boys loved the Cars Room, and well, the 2 little princesses loved sleeping in the princess themed room with all the accessories. My dad soaked in the sun everyday by the pool so content to read and work his crossword puzzle and catch a nap too. Our girls and grandchildren along with my husband and I relaxed and enjoyed our family all being together.

Dave the home is beautiful and huge. We're a family of six with two eighteen year olds and two twelve year olds. We felt safe allowing the kids to remain up to play games and swim after Johnny and I went to bed. You can never put a price on that kind of peace of mind.
We don't have any infants but I love that you pay close attention to every detail. This home was furnished with the family in mind from infants all the way up. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully furnished. You won’t need to bring anything from home. The closets even had hangers for clothes.
The high speed Internet was an unexpected luxury. OMG is that a big TV. Spring Break always falls during SEC Tournaments and March Madness. Johnny had tickets to go this year and the BIG SCREEN made up a little for having to sell his tickets.
The home is close to Wal-Mart, theme parks, and 1.5 hours drive to Daytona Beach. Cocoa Beach is even closer.
We got the heated pool and I’d recommend spending the little extra for the heat. It felt wonderfully warm after a long day at the theme parks.
The home and yard are clean and kept up well. Liberty is easily accessible by phone and they're just down the street. They're very friendly and helpful.
We're coming back next year. The only regret I have is we spent too little time at the Princess Palace. This house is too great to have spent only one of our five days stay at the house.
I'll recommend the Princess Palace to my family, friends, and co workers. I’ll be contacting you soon Dave for next year.

My family just returned from staying at the Princess Palace and we were truly blessed to find such an outstanding home that had the perfect amenities for everyone. Dave as you know I rented three houses for my sons' "First Communion". After looking at your house which I was the one that picked up the key and entered the house first before ant one else. Me and my wife were really thinking about changing over to your house and giving my brother our house. Your house the Princess Palace is really an eye catcher all the games the best furniture and really nice and clean. Oh my gosh, this home is beautiful. I was so pleased as soon as I walked in the door. Usually homes are very neutral in color, but this one has all different shades of pinks. Not only that, but it has everything to keep the kids on rainy days occupied as well as in the evening when adults are relaxing from a busy day. The location is perfect. Close to everything. Should you choose this home, you won't be disapointed.

My family and I have just returned from a week in Fl. We love the house! There were 11 of us, 5 children and 6 adults. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need to make your vacation wonderful.
The house is close to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The kids loved the games and I think it helped us decide what Santa should bring! The pool is right outside and great to relax in after visiting the parks in Orlando. I felt the price was very reasonable and would recommend the Princess Palace to anyone! We had a great stay at the Princess Palace. This has to be one of the most child friendly houses in Clermont, and the big tv is very dad friendly as well. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

This vacation home is perfect!!!! It has everything described on eBay and whole lot more. Just bring your own cloths and some frozen pizzas and you are all set for a nice vacation.
What we like about the house? Let's see:
1. I like the huge LCD-HD TV in the living room, which is just perfect for watching Olympic Games with my friends.
2. the house has TVs in every room, that allows kids to watch the kids’ channels while adults are watching games in the living room
3. the kitchen has everything needed, whether you want to bake, stir fry or microwave, it has all the equipments and supplies you need.
4. My daughter loves the princess room, which is really beautiful.
5. we had some good time playing the table soccer in the living room, the house comes with other games like air hockey, pool and table tennis, they are great especially when it is raining outside.
6. We love the swimming pool at the back of the house; we spent sometime there drinking beer and surfing internet while watching the kids playing in the pool.
All in all, I give the vacation home 10 out 0f 10, and if I will go back to Orlando for vacation again, we will definitely rent the same house again.

Our group consisted of my husband, son and daughter-in-law, our daughter-in-laws' mother and father, and our two granddaughters, Emma (5) and Grace (15 mo.) Although the majority of our days were spent at Disney and Universal it still was wonderful to have all the comforts of home away from home. The house was spacious, clean, and located conveniently down the street from a Wal-Mart Plus. Every room had a television set so our granddaughter could watch her Little Mermaid DVD in the Disney themed room while the dad’s got to watch Monday night football on a large flat screen TV as the women planned for the next day outing. We ate our breakfast in every morning and even ordered pizza in one evening which saved on expenses. Having a washer & dryer came in handy as well. This definitely was the way to do Disney!

My family and I just returned from a week vacation in Florida. 3 words to describe this house are AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! There were 9 of us total and the house was so spacious that we never felt crowded nor did we lack for activities to do at 'home'. My family enjoyed it so much that they specifically asked to 'take a day off' from the parks just to stay at the house to have fun and relax there. It is so conveniently located to every place you would want to go on your vacation. From the moment we stepped into the house, my family was already asking if we could stay here next time. Of course my answer to that question was Absolutely!

The Princess Palace is a beautiful, spacious home. There were 10 in our group that stayed the first week of October and we never once got in each others way. The big screen TV is wonderful and the kids throughly enjoyed the game tables. The location of the house is wonderful, close to everything yet far enough to be very quiet and peacful. Dave is very accessible if there are any problems.
