Description of the Clermont vacation home rental

Welcome to our family owned and run Disney themed 5 bed, 3 bath, vacation home with a screened private pool at the heart of the theme-parks and golfing in Orlando. Our vacation rental homes are only 8 miles from Disney World and comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

Our Disney themed, beautifully furnished, professionally managed and fully equipped Orlando vacation houses have all the comforts of home. Our spacious, attractive homes are located in Clear Creek at Woodride in Clermont. Close to all the major attractions of Central Florida - some 15 minutes to Disney World.

Area Description

The Clear Creek development is close to Disney and within easy reach of all the major attractions and some superb golf courses. Although it is close to the attractions it is also a quiet community. At the entrance to Clear Creek you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank.

This house is great. All the rooms have a disney theme. It is roomy and the kids had a blast in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet. Walmart and many stores are really close. easy access to both Disney and Universal Studios. the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. this is the best vacation we have had so far and we have been to Florida for the past 9 years. Definitely want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much. It was great being able to go out and do what we wanted during the day then returning to the house and swimming in the heated pool in the afternoon. My 9 yr old loved the pool, the pool might have been warm enough with out being heated but I'm glad we had it heated. The weather was so warm while we were there.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay for our first vacation in Florida, and this house was exactly what we wanted. The pool was warm, and filled in the evenings for the kids to have the evening swim before bed. We cannot wait until next year to go again, and only hope we can get the house for 2 weeks this time, as we just were not ready to come home at the end of the week. We had a group of 12, that traveled from Louisiana and this is house was our home away from home. It was spacious enough for all of us. If you are looking for a nice, clean, and peaceful atmoshpere, this is your house. We had a great time in Orlando, after long days at the Theme Parks and Outlet Malls, we were glad to come and rest our feet and heads here!

We have stayed in a few vacation homes in this same area of Florida and this home was by far the best home we have stayed in to date. The pool was warm, the layout was nice, and the owner and management company were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would stay again and I will recommend this home to any person looking for a home to stay at in the Orlando area. Our family (eleven members) spent a week at the animal themed vacation home. We had a great time and we never felt crowded. We paid for heating the pool and the kids were able to swim every day when we came home from the parks. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. Also there are many supermarkets in close proximity for any necessary food shopping. We will definitely be coming back again.

We stayed in the beautiful home for a week in October 2007. It was perfect for us. My family and another family stayed in the house. (Total of six people). Both adult couples had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kids had a blast taking turns sleeping in the other 2 bedroom. The pool was a nice feature. We loved being able to eat at house and being close to everything. IUt was also nice to have the washer and dryer. I returned home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
The house was everything Carlos promised it was amazing and help us make lots of great family memories. Thanks Carlos!

Very nice villa. This was our first time renting a villa and I was very skeptical at first to book this but was very very impressed by the cleanliness of the home.

We stayed there for 8 days and it was perfect ! There is a grocery store right outside the community too.

A lot of restaurants nearby. Will definately rent again.

Our family and another family stayed in this house in May of this year. We loved having the pool out back. The house was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The daughter of our friends passed away this weekend. This vacation will be the last one that they took with their daughter and I know they will always remember it. We stayed at your beautiful Animal Kingdom home in January. Everything was perfect. Even though I had seen your home on the Internet, I still was aprehensive about what to expect when we got there. We were happy beyond our greatest expectations.

We were delighted with the layout, cleanliness, location and amenities that the house had to offer. I have positively recommended your home to everyone I talk to that is considering a trip to the Orlando area.

We couldn't believe all the extra touces you provided. I can't imagine why anyone with a family would choose a hotel over your beautiful home. The pool was such a added bonus for all of us. Having it heated was so great and it was really fun to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks display in the evenings from there.

The themed bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our children. They really loved their special rooms. We also brought my mother with us (a huge Disney fan) and she was as enamored by it all as the kids were!

Once again, thank you so much. We look forward to staying there next time we come to the Orlando area.
