We were making last minute plans to travel to FL to visit my mom and wanted to stay in a clean and safe place for our grandson and daughter. This was the place! All the comforts of home ! Quiet neighborhood! Close to almost everything! Made the trip visiting with my mom that is in a rehab home very nice!

Great Vacation Rental

We recently stayed here with two other families. The house is very well-laid out. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the two master bedrooms was especially nice. Our kids loved the Disney theme of the decorations. We did have an issue with the traffic going to the parks. Take a GPS with you, and be prepared to take alternate routes. Lots of time was spent on the road in traffic. The bedding and towels could stand to be updated. They were quite worn, so if that bothers you, just take your own. The kids loved the pool, and there were even pool toys there for them to play with. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and there is a Super Walmart just down the road. There are also restaurants nearby. Overall, a very fun vacation with a great place to stay.

Just Like Home away from Home

I recently rented a home from Carlos Marques and his wife Kim. There are three things that make a vacation a vacation. First a comfortable home with no problem. Second is a host with your best interest in mind. Third is a place your family will feel at home and enjoy. We had all three. The home was close to all the theme parks. The home was close to shopping spots and most important eating spots that were not crowded. After a day at the parks the last thing I want was to stand in a line. We had grocery store close by within a few blocks of the home to shop. A great money saver for us to fix breakfast each morning and then eat in the parks for lunch. Saved a ton of money. This is not my first trip using this home so for me to be a repeat customer should say a lot. We acutally stayed with Carlos for the past several years. I think it has been about 9 trips now. The home has new carpeting now and Carlos keeps his home keep up and maintained. So no problems were encountered on our trip. We had a game room which was nice when spending time away from the parks. The pool was excellent and was used a lot on this trip. We had a great time which is the most important thing. I would recommended this home to the President of the United States. Nice home and nice people to deal with. Had all information ahead of time for the trip. Thanks and can not wait to come back in a few months. God Bless.

The house was a great experience, Very Central for our needs i.e. for day trips and visirs with other family, golf, etc The owner was extraordinarily attentive and concerned to our comfort and needs. Well maintained .. Owner very easy to contact Too bad is wasn't warmer. Excellent. Would like to come back next year

This house is great. All the rooms have a disney theme. It is roomy and the kids had a blast in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet. Walmart and many stores are really close. easy access to both Disney and Universal Studios. the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. this is the best vacation we have had so far and we have been to Florida for the past 9 years. Definitely want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much. It was great being able to go out and do what we wanted during the day then returning to the house and swimming in the heated pool in the afternoon. My 9 yr old loved the pool, the pool might have been warm enough with out being heated but I'm glad we had it heated. The weather was so warm while we were there.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay for our first vacation in Florida, and this house was exactly what we wanted. The pool was warm, and filled in the evenings for the kids to have the evening swim before bed. We cannot wait until next year to go again, and only hope we can get the house for 2 weeks this time, as we just were not ready to come home at the end of the week. We had a group of 12, that traveled from Louisiana and this is house was our home away from home. It was spacious enough for all of us. If you are looking for a nice, clean, and peaceful atmoshpere, this is your house. We had a great time in Orlando, after long days at the Theme Parks and Outlet Malls, we were glad to come and rest our feet and heads here!

We have stayed in a few vacation homes in this same area of Florida and this home was by far the best home we have stayed in to date. The pool was warm, the layout was nice, and the owner and management company were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would stay again and I will recommend this home to any person looking for a home to stay at in the Orlando area. Our family (eleven members) spent a week at the animal themed vacation home. We had a great time and we never felt crowded. We paid for heating the pool and the kids were able to swim every day when we came home from the parks. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. Also there are many supermarkets in close proximity for any necessary food shopping. We will definitely be coming back again.

We stayed in the beautiful home for a week in October 2007. It was perfect for us. My family and another family stayed in the house. (Total of six people). Both adult couples had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kids had a blast taking turns sleeping in the other 2 bedroom. The pool was a nice feature. We loved being able to eat at house and being close to everything. IUt was also nice to have the washer and dryer. I returned home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
The house was everything Carlos promised it was amazing and help us make lots of great family memories. Thanks Carlos!

Very nice villa. This was our first time renting a villa and I was very skeptical at first to book this but was very very impressed by the cleanliness of the home.
We stayed there for 8 days and it was perfect ! There is a grocery store right outside the community too.
A lot of restaurants nearby. Will definately rent again.

We stayed at your beautiful Animal Kingdom home in January. Everything was perfect. Even though I had seen your home on the Internet, I still was aprehensive about what to expect when we got there. We were happy beyond our greatest expectations.
We were delighted with the layout, cleanliness, location and amenities that the house had to offer. I have positively recommended your home to everyone I talk to that is considering a trip to the Orlando area.
We couldn't believe all the extra touces you provided. I can't imagine why anyone with a family would choose a hotel over your beautiful home. The pool was such a added bonus for all of us. Having it heated was so great and it was really fun to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks display in the evenings from there.
The themed bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our children. They really loved their special rooms. We also brought my mother with us (a huge Disney fan) and she was as enamored by it all as the kids were!
Once again, thank you so much. We look forward to staying there next time we come to the Orlando area.
