We also collect $300 security deposit, fully refundable within 10 days of departure, provided that the villa is in acceptable conditions. All remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival day.

almost excellent

House was clean. Rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen needed a knife sharpener as every knife was incredibly dull. However the BBQ we paid for was not delivered until the following day and only after I phoned the management company. I also had to phone about the pool as the cover had been left off and the water level was so low that the water was not circulating through the filters and as a result their was algae throughout the pool. We turned a hose on and ran it into the pool for two hours. A pool guy came a day later and treated the pool with chemicals and a day later we were able to use it.

Thanks for your feedback David, I'm glad you have enjoyed your stay and rated us "almost excellent"! Yes, a sharpener is needed for the house. It seems there was a miss communication about when to deliver the BBQ set - my property manager actually called on your arrival day and tried to confirm the time to deliver the set, but she was informed (by the other person in your group I guess) to deliver the set the next day. The pool is maintained by a pool service company who comes to the house once per week. Sorry for the inconvenience, your note is well taken. We will make sure to check the pool conditions more frequently in low season and inform the pool service company promptly if necessary. We listen and we keep improving!!!

Large Clean house, Close to Disney and Convenient

We booked this beautiful house for our family reunion and were surprised at how easy to do last minute booking - We could complete the entire booking online, pay credit card by PayPal. The owner Angela was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The house is very clean with only hardwood floors and tiles on the entire 1st floor. It is easily located with short distance to Disney (with park hopper tickets, we could even take a nap and go back to the park). We can do grocery shopping at a shopping mall with Walmart very nearby. The house has wonderful amenities such as flat 24inch HDTV/DVD combo in 2 king bedrooms, large size swimming pool, etc. We loved the place and will not hesitate to book the next time we visit Orlando and Disney.

Had a great time staying is this lovely home. Close to everything, great resturants and entertainment. It was nice to have everything working properly and the house was very clean.
