Large screened in porch offers 4 rockers and a dinning table ( seats 6 ) .

Situated at 12minutes short distance from Clermont , Florida along with great shopping which includes Target, JC Penney , Michael’s , Finest Restaurants including Olive Garden, Outback Carrabbas , Buffalo Wild Wing, Red Lobster , Chili’s etc , also plenty of amazing independently owned finest restaurants & local shops located down town .

Epcot, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World , Great Shopping, Outlet Malls , Theme Parks and lots of fun and entertainment with in 45minutes short drive .

For our sports loving guests , there is Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Orlando Magic, Rays, Lighting , everything with in 45 to 90minutes drive .
