Updated from April 2012: The exterior of the house has been repainted, new landscaping has been installed and all bedrooms now have hardwood flooring, not to mention, all new mattresses.
Update from October 2011: Fence being installed to fully enclose back yard to ensure more privacy and allows for additional space for children to play. New tile has been installed in game room and central heat/AC installed in game room

Update from September 2011: My husband and I just returned from the home and spent many long days upgrading the home. We have replaced all the bedding and bathroom decor. We updated the lighting and overall look of the home. The entire interior has been repainted. New pictures are available.

Thanks for viewing our Disney Paradise. Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is situated approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic, from Disney's main entrance and 30 miles from the Orlando International Airport [MCO] in the serene community of Orange Tree. Orange Tree features orange groves for all guests, tennis and basketball courts, soccer nets and children's playgrounds. The community is located off Highway 192 and located near grocery stores and other shopping for our guests’ convenience. We chose the community of Orange Tree due to its peaceful, quiet setting that is a welcomed reprieve from the hussle-bussle of Disney and Orlando. This environment allows ourselves and our guests to relax after a long, busy day in Disney or simply to enjoy the tranquility everyday.

Our home features a large covered patio [lanai] which includes numerous cushioned patio chairs and two tables and chairs for outside dining. The lanai area is completely screen enclosed for your bug-free enjoyment. The heated luxury pool is south facing which allows for abundant sunshine and in encompassed by a child safety fence for everyone's peace of mind. The heated spa helps to promote rest and relaxation and is adjacent to the pool. Just outside the screened lanai area there is a charcoal grill for all guests use. The outside lanai area is our favorite because of the sunshine and quiet. We kindly request that all cigarette smoke be confined to the lanai or outside areas.

The home is situated on a large corner lot that is across the street from the lake. This lot provides an extra large side yard for additional privacy and space for the children to play. The pool area also offers more than adequate privacy due to a tree lined buffer.

Our 2000+ square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room, a laundry room, a small sitting room, a dining room and a large, open kitchen, living room area. The accommodations are as follows: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin Beds and a Pack N Play. The couch in the smaller living is a pull out bed also. There are 2 master suites [ensuites] that both feature an attached bathroom that includes a separate tub and shower and each offers a private door to the lanai area. There is an additional bathroom that is utilized by the Full Bedroom that features a direct door to the patio area which allows for easy access while enjoying the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. The 2 separate master suites promote privacy for multiple families.

The game room is a delight and offers a pool table, a foosball table, a dart board and a game console table that includes 30+ video games. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer and is located between the kitchen and the game room. The home boasts 3 separate dining areas that seat a total of 12. The main dining area seats 6, the breakfast nook seats 4 and the kitchen bar area seats 2. The house includes 12 complete place settings. Our home comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition, there are several duplicate small appliances and utensils in the event of accidental damage.

The large, open living room features glass sliding doors to the lanai area and includes a TV with a DVD/VCR player. The home features cable television in all bedrooms and the large living room. The smaller sitting room is perfect for reading, playing cards or surfing the internet via the high speed wireless system. This system also features a window to the pool area to increase relaxation. The common areas of the home include tile flooring to promote cooler temperatures and allow for quick and easy clean up of any accidents. The 5 bedrooms feature plush carpeting. The home is heated and cooled by central heating and air.

Our home also offers a Pack N Play, high chair, 2 umbrellas strollers and bed rails for those families traveling with children. Our home is also equipped with 2 sets of bed linens for each bedroom, 2 sets of bathroom linens for each bathroom, hair dryers in each bathroom and most small kitchen appliances.

In addition, our home is managed by an extremely reputable, reliable property management company that is located mere minutes from Orange Tree that can and will provide 24/7 service in the event of a problem during your stay. Please rest assured that even though we are not personally in the local area at all times, the homes is well maintained and cared for by this company. We have complete faith in their ability to handle any circumstances in our absence. Reservations of less than 5 nights will require a $100 cleaning fee.
