FAMILY ROOM
Are you a home theater lover? This villa got a Bose Liftstyle 38 home theater system in this family room, one set of high quality leather sofa, 55' LCD TV in entertainment wall unit. You are more than welcome to test it and enjoy your favorite movies, DVDs are available for rent 24/7 in Redbox at Walmart.
You got work to do while on vacation? This villa has a formal office room on second floor loft, equipped with a HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One, a 7 ft airhocky table offers you small break with your kids.
DINING AND KITCHEN AREA
The dining table is right by the kitchen, seats up to 8 people, while 2nd dining table in living room up to 6 people.
The kitchen has upgraded to granite counter top with splash back board, stainless steel side by side refrigerator, stainless steel ceramic top electric range, dishwasher and electric BBQ grill. The door leading to the pool is situated near the dining table, which makes you easy to monitor your kids in the pool while you are still enjoying your food.
MASTER KING BEDROOM is downstairs, with a huge walk-in closet and ample space for all your belongings, also it has a small office area with a LCD TV, Master bath features double sink vanity with separate shower and tub. Do you want a little kid sleeping with you in this room? Just take one mattress down here, space is not a problem.
2nd KING BEDROOM is upstairs right by a full bath, has its own LCD TV.
QUEEN BEDROOM has pillow topped firm mattress and its own LCD TV.
1st BUNK BEDROOM has two bunk beds, one of them has a full size bed on first layer, accommodating up to 5 people in this room.
2nd BUNK BEDROOM has a regular bunk bed and one twin, orange walls and white color beds might be your girl's favorite, accommodating up to 3 people.
South facing pool & spa area features a PVC fenced private backyard, it is very easy to switch the pool to spa function, just dial to turn on the spa timer, pool/spa or spa heating available upon request. Our pool/spa is definitely a reason you choose our villa.

Our luxurious villa is situated in the prestigious Sunrise Lakes in the beautiful area of Clermont. The subdivision has a community pool and a child play area, located right by US 27 and 2 miles away from US 192, the gateway to all the attractions Florida has to offer. 24/7 Wal-Mart Supercenter, restaurants, banks, post office, library, pharmacies and other convenient stores are within a 5 minute drive. Disney World is only 8 miles away.
