A tastefully decorated villa with south facing pool and a covered patio area encompassing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The garage has been converted into a games room to include pool table, foosball and air hockey. The villa sleeps upto 10 people.

Situated on the quiet community of Glenbrook yet within easy reach of Disney and all other major attractions. Winn Dixie,Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, gas stations, restaurants all within 2 miles of the villa.

- Deposits: $300 per booking is required except in high season when $500 is required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A refundable security deposit of $500 (credit card swipe)is required against any breakages or damage caused during the rental period. This can be a personal check returned once the villa has been checked or credit card details left with us or our management company
- Other Fees: Pool heating $140 per week
Stays of 5 nights or less incur a cleaning fee of $90.

I found the villa to be exceptional,very well furnished, comfortable,and inviting, nothing was overlooked. My trip was wonderful. Spacious, warm, and quite comfortable. I definitely would love to return, and will be referring it to my friends and family for their future visits as well. Great, April 3, 2008

The accomodations were wonderful and very conviently located around shopping, airport, theme parks etc. The villa was beautiful and the pool was execptional. The only complaint I had were the ants that were around the pool on the last couple of days we were there. External Links
