Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
Our villa was completed in April 2003 and is situated in an ideal location
for easy access to all the major attractions.
Furnished to a very high standard it offers the comforts of home plus more!
For added privacy our South facing pool and spa overlook a lake.
The on site Club House, for exclusive use of guests, features Exercise room, Tennis & Volleyball Courts, Full Size Pool, Games & Media Rooms.
We are sure that you will have a wonderful stay here.
2 x Master bedrooms - 1 King & 1 Queen, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower and bath.
2 x Twin bedrooms that share a further bathroom with walk in shower & bath
Kitchen features cooker, microwave, 2-door fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener and all necessary utensils & cookware.
Laundry area equipped with washing machine, drier, iron & ironing board.
Dining area with large table to seat 8.
Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Breakfast bar with 2 high stools.
Lounge area with 32" Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Hi-fi System,
Playstation 2 with games, 2 x three seater sofas & armchair
Cable Televisions in all bedrooms with VCR or DVD

We can also assist in arranging car hire with a meet and greet service and the supply of local attraction tickets (Full details on request).
