This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 Bath villa is located on a quiet conservation area just minutes from the gates of Disney World. Our brand new, spacious home features a private screened in pool with Jacuzzi. There is a safety fence around the pool for piece of mind for those with young children.
It is centrally located, just 5-10 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from the airport. World class golf abounds just minutes away, along with fine shopping and exquisite restaurants.
The home has ample room for dining and accommodates up to 10 guests in complete comfort. Our home features a "fifth bedroom" that has been converted into a den. It is equiped with a TV, Nintendo Game Cube and kids bean bags. There is a private heated pool and Jacuzzi with a very nice yard, which backs to a wooded conservation area. Relax in total privacy! There are two master bedrooms each with king beds and large master baths and Cable TVs.
