Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
The Great-room is open plan, large and spacious, and fully air-conditioned with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan.
The Dining area is well appointed and has comfortable seating for 8.
The Lounge area has cable TV, Radio/CD player and an assortment of Games for the family. There are French Doors to the rear (step out into the sunshine) which lead to the covered lanai/patio and pool/spa areas.
The Kitchen/Nook is light and spacious with views over the Orange Grove. comfortable seating for 6 and is fully equipped. This Gourmet kitchen has plenty of work space and cupboards and is fitted with top of the range Maytag appliances, which include stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker. Ice is always available for those long cool summer drinks or a little something on the rocks!
Utility room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
1st Master Bedroom with American King Size Bed and Full En-suite. It has views over the orange grove. Direct Access to the Lanai / Pool Area.
2nd Master with King Size Bed and En-suite also has direct access to covered lanai/patio - pool/spa area. Enjoy this tropical theme bedroom with its' beautiful furnishings and American King Size Bed. There is a built in wardrobe, dresser with mirror above, bed side units and TV cabinet. The En-suite has a shower over the bath and vanity unit. There is a cupboard in which you will find towels for the pool/spa and baby bedding. A Cot and Highchair are also provided at No Extra Charge.
3rd Master Bedroom with En-suite has a American Queen Size Bed.
There are 2 Twin rooms with Two Single Beds in each. In between them is a shared bathroom
Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom.

Fitted Floor safe for your free use.
The Covered Lanai/Patio area has great views. It is south facing. There is a table with 6 cushioned seats for your comfort and outdoor dining.
There is a child safety guard across the lanai for the protection of curious little children.
Pool/Spa has great view's, it is South Facing & has an extended sundeck. There are 4 sun loungers, relax, soak up the Florida sun or cool off in the luxury private pool or sit back and relax in the spa.
Bar-B-Q for your outdoor dining (look out for the Disney Fireworks display in the evenings).
A Large Screen Covers the Pool/Spa - lanai, which adds to your comfort during the summer months.

Our family really enjoyed the villa. Even though it rained during most our vacation, we found that there was plenty of space for everyone! Great location - close to Disney and peaceful/quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent this property again!

Best way to spend time with your family in Florida. This was the first time we rented a house instead of a hotel. The house was clean had all the extras and was part of our vacation fun. Kids loved the pool, the tennis court and supplied racquets were a bonus. The orange grove was neet, pick your own oranges. The local cranes stopped by for a visit. Easy access to hwy 4 that gets you to Orlando Tampa and anything in between fun. Basically our week consisted of playing golf, Tampa Bay lightning game, Tiger game, Busch Gardens, Airboat Tour, PGA Arnald Palmer Inv, and day at the beach. Busy but the comfort of the house made it more relaxing. My wish list next time at the house would contain a local golf listing and a supplied gas barbeque. Great vacation and I would book again.

This was our first trip to America and we were delighted to fine ourselves the residents of such a fabulous villa! The house is so clean and comfortable, the parks have been such good fun and the weather has been great.
