Silverwood Villa 5bed/3bath near Disney with pool

WHY STAY IN A HOTEL WHEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE VILLA WITH LARGE POOL?

Our home is named "Silverwood Villa" and is a luxury, detached property all on one level (so no stairs to worry about)on the new development of Silver Creek. It is situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192 and is a 15 minute drive from Disney World Complex. If you are looking for all the excitement of the Disney Theme Parks, yet want a peaceful location in which to relax at the end of a hectic day, then our home at Silver Creek would be perfect.

The villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned, in addition, it has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the living room area. It is carpeted throughout, apart from the kitchen area and bathrooms which are fully tiled. All towels (except pool towels) and bed linen are included with an extra set in each bedroom. We provide a travel cot (crib,) stroller, highchair and baby changing mat for your little one if required. Our little guests have their own themed "Nemo" bedroom and also their own special crockery and cutlery.

LIVING ROOM & FORMAL DINING AREA
This is a spacious, open plan room with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading to the pool area and contains a 3 seater sofa bed, matching 2 seater sofa and armchair. There is also a formal dining area with a large table and chairs providing seating for six people, plus coffee table and occasional tables with reading lamps.

We have a 42" HD Digital Flat screen TV providing access to over 300 cable channels and a DVD player with selection of films for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks!

"WiFi" high speed internet access is available, (just bring your own laptop) & we offer FREE phone calls.

KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen containing a round, wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a child's high chair. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are also situated in the kitchen and there is a utility area within the garage containing a separate large washer and tumble dryer. Just off the hall, there is a storage cupboard containing an iron and ironing board.

MASTER BEDROOM 1
The main Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps and clock radio, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan provide extra comfort and there are two large windows overlooking the swimming pool.
There is a large walk-in closet with ample hanging space which also contains a travel cot (crib) with all the necessary cot linen plus a changing mat and stroller. The en-suite bathroom has a large double size shower with seating either side, wash basin, WC, and hairdryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
Master bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed with matching bedside cabinet with reading lamp, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and a clock radio. There is a closet with ample hanging space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
This Bedroom has a double bed plus matching bedside cabinet and reading lamp and also has a double closet with lots of extra hanging space.

TWIN BEDROOM ("NEMO" Theme)
One of the twins is a themed "Nemo" bedroom aimed at youngsters and has a TV with PS2 & games.There are 2 single beds with matching bed linen, chest of drawers, reading lamp and a large double closet with extra hanging space.

TWIN BEDROOM
The other twin bedroom is situated at the front of the villa and has a large TV and entertainment unit with a mini Hi-Fi system, selection of CD's, books & games. Again, there are 2 single beds with matching bedside cabinet, reading lamp and a floor lamp to provide extra lighting, plus a closet for storage.

FAMILY BATHROOM
This bathroom is shared by the double and twin bedrooms and features a tub (bath) shower, wash basin and WC. There is also direct access to this bathroom from the pool area which is always handy when you have children.

GAMES ROOM
We have a games room within the garage area, comprising a full-size, slate bed pool table which can also be converted for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dartboard and air hockey game complete the facilities.

SWIMMING POOL
We have a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of opaque double screening on the lower portions & sides for added privacy.For those travelling with young children, you will be pleased to know that there is a 4 foot high fence between the pool and the main building as a safety feature, this is removable if not required. In addition the patio doors leading out to the pool area have extra child alarms fitted which sound each time they are opened. The pool can be heated if required and we would recommend this between November and March. Luxury sun loungers are provided around the pool, with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. There is a covered lanai (patio) for those who prefer some shade, complete with patio table and 4 chairs (extra chairs can be found within the garage) plus a light and ceiling fan for dining "al fresco."

The pool also has underwater lighting for that night time dip on your return from the Theme Parks, whilst you relax with a glass of wine and watch Disney's Magic Kingdom fireworks over the tree tops.

The villa is protected by a security alarm system that is monitored by ADT 24/7, and we have a very friendly, reliable Management Co. located just around the corner who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area, are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach and a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. Just 2 minutes drive away, are a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket, numerous restaurant chains, a post office, petrol stations, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank & dentist.
The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.

Most sports can be found within a short drive of the development. For all you keen golfers, we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property and if fishing is your forte, you will be spoilt for choice.There are numerous local lakes and within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a small pond which is full of fish, great for the novice.
