Bounced check for return deposit

My extended family and I stayed in this home December 2007 and had a nice time. After our stay we had to contact the owner about the deposit. After it was finally sent, the check bounced. Weeks later they finally responded with an excuse about their accountant. Here we are months later and they now will not respond to e-mails and we still have not gotten our money back. I would not recommend these owners or this condo if you plan to get your deposit back.
