Welcome to our beautiful villa, based at Orange Tree, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities. The up market villa is set amongst the beautiful orange groves which give the community its name.

The villa is made up of four bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 8-10 adults), three bathrooms, two large seating areas, a formal dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a breakfast nook, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a queen sized sofa bed, a telephone, a large screen television with cable in the Family room and a further TV in each of the two master bedrooms, FREE high chair and cot rental, and a 15 x 30 ft private pool with extended decking area and pool furniture.Playstation 2 and wireless internet connection air hockey table in garage With just over 2,000 sq ft of living space, our home would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.

Orange Tree is a much sought after location which places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be reached in just 15 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size championship standard courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday). Located just a short distance from Orange Tree you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket. On-site facilities at Orange Tree include a Children's Play Area, Football Pitch/Baseball Pitch, and Tennis and Basketball Courts. Orange Tree is also one of the few communities to have pavements and street lights.

Being situated on the US 27 and not too far from the Highway 192 and Interstate 4, you will have direct access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around Central Florida. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (95 minutes ) and its Airport (60 minutes), and Northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 35 minutes, Sanford airport 75 minutes). Meanwhile the Atlantic coast can be reached in 75 minutes.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £100 pounds sterling or the equivalent in USD is due within 14 days of your initial reservation, to be sent with the completed booking form. On receipt of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance, following which we will send out a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due in full nine weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt, banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment, an arrival Pack will be forwarded
   
• Other Fees: A refundable security deposit of £200 pounds sterling or the equivalent in USD must be paid with the final balance. This security deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque, within 7 days of your departure, providing the local management have reported no breakages and you have returned the key as requested. We check the inventory prior to your arrival and after your departure and will advise of any faults. These may include additional cleaning costs for spills, stains etc.
