Beautifully furnished, six bedroom, five-star home... The home
boasts a prime location within Sunrise Lakes with a south west-
facing lake view aspect (Floridian sunshine all day long). The home
has many splendid features which include a computer with full high
speed internet,full-size professional pool table. The games room
boasts a table football, air hockey, table tennis, and various board
games. Cable television together with DVD players to all bedrooms. A
particular feature of the home is the very large 15 by 30 swimming
pool with luxurious hot tub and free solar heating.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets. The home is on two levels with a
downstairs bedroom is ensuite for added convenience. The
bedrooms consist of two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and two
twin beds all have centre lighting and ceiling fans for added
convenience. The main bedroom has full en-suite facilities.
Valuables can be deposited in the safe which is provided free of
charge. Meet and greet on arrival for all guests at the home. The
community also has the added bonus of a children's play area,
swimming pool, and cabana for all our guests to enjoy.

The community is well servrd by excellant local shopping all with five minutes drive of the home which include winn dixie, super walmart, walgreens, publix and lowes to name but a few. Excellant golf courses all within a fifteen minute drive of the home and there is also a doctors surgery within a two minute walk of the home.
