A wonderful house with all the convinience. We had a wonderful time in this well design house. It was a pleasure to return home every night after each day at Disney. Pool, spa, AC, game room and plenty of space in the house... what else can you ask for? Thanks you for everything Ismael... we really enjoy our vacation.

My family and I stayed at the Villa for a ten day stretch and it was a wonderful experience. The home was awesome, very homey! We were close to all shopping and a short drive from Disney and Sea World. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The kids being able to pick their own oranges was fun and exciting. Its close enough to Disney to be able to go home for lunch and a quick swim in the middle of the day. Everything you could need is in the house, and Ismael and Nally were wonderful hosts. I would strongly urge people to not hesitate in renting this home. We loved it and will hopefully rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay at The French Villa. It is in a nice quiet location where you can relax and enjoy the pool and spa. The house is bright and spacious and Ismael, Naly and family made sure we were okay during our stay. Thanks for making our holiday enjoyable.

This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel. Since we are a family of 5 with 3 adult size teenagers we thought this would be the best way to go, cost wise and conveniences of home. While the pictures of the French Villa are lovely, I was still apprehensive about what it would actually look like and if it was clean. I can't express how pleasantly surprised we were. The Villa is gorgeous and kept immaculately clean. The layout of the bedrooms allow for privacy and the open floor plan with the kitchen in the middle allows for conversation with everyone. I love the high ceilings and large windows in the living space and master bedroom suite. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub after a long day at Disney, etc. The teenagers entertained themselves with the pool table, their laptops and TV. Having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack less clothes and not have a load of dirty clothes when we returned home. I loved it. Ismael is wonderful to deal with. He is friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Villa to my friends and family. Thank you Ismael for a wonderful experience.

Our family of 6 spent 8 days in this house in June. It waas our first time renting a house and we were unsure of what to expect. We were relieved and happy to find the house as nice as the pictures show it to be. Ismael is very accommodating with any and all requests. His approach made the rental house portion the least stressful experienc ein the vacation. Thank you Ismael - I will definitely recommend your house to anyine I know traveling to the area!

Stayed at the French Villa for 12 days great place it is exactly as discribed on the web-site , close to all parks with grocery stores and golf courses also close . Well worth the cost . I would recommend to anyone

From the very beginning responding to emails to the actual visit could not find one fault in the French Villa. The purpose of our trip was to watch college softball at the National Training Center in Clermont. The location is ideal, the home incredible and the host great. We were actually able to host my daughters team for a night away from their hotel. Highly reccomended. Cant say enough. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Thanks to Ismael and Naly. My family and I have just returned from two weeks at this beautiful vacation home in Clermont. We were quite relieved when we arrived late at night to see that the home is just as it appears on the web site. It is a great layout for a large group. We were a group of six adults and five children and this house accommodated us very well. Thank you Ismael and Natalie for taking such good care of your house and your renters.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home. We will NEVER stay at a hotel again!! We highly recommend The French Villa and will stay there again. The house is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for access to theme parks and shopping. Ismael is an excellent host and great guy. We were all sad to leave.

Our stay was second to none. Every convenience was taken care of adn the owner was extremely accomodating. We were received by Ismael in a friendly and warm manner. He was immediately available to resolve and problems, and remarkably there were none. The house is roomy and stylish with all modern appliances. We greatly enjoyed our stay and most assuredly will return. Many thanks for letting us stay in your rental.

We stayed at the French Villa for an extended weekend and found the home both lovely and comfortable. The owner is warm and welcoming, and made us feel very much at home. The home is really spacious, and equipped with everything we could have needed, including a much appreciated high chair. We had five children with us, and everyone was thrilled to be there, with plenty of activities to keep the young ones happy:) Thanks for such a great vacation!

to Ishmel; We enjoyed our stay at the French Villa.We picked the worse two weeks to be in Florida and when i say it rained, every day it rained, for our whole two week stay.But the French Villa kept us from being bored, it's not a hotel room or suite it is a home with all the amenities you could ask for.With wall mart and blockbusters, only up the street it was so easy to rent dvds and watch a movie or just tv as there is a tv in all the rooms but the livingroom. ishmel and his wife are great hosts,ask a question and you get an answer and where and how to get there. The area where this home is located is pleasant and quite.Disney is about 20 to 25 minutes from here,the pool and hot tub are great.shopping is all around you here. The villa is in a good location not too near the hustle and bustle of US192 but close enough to the Theme Parks, restaurants and shops. We went with our son and his girlfriend and had a great time. The villa is clean and spacious with a lovely pool area that gets sun all day round but also has shade if you want it - which we did even in March. Ishmael and his wife couldn't have done enough for us.They were both so friendly and conveniently they lived next door which was a plus. Coming from UK we had never been to a Ball Game and Ishmael kindly got us tickets for a game which was a great experience(it happened to be the spring training season so all the big teams were there.) We have been to the area many times but can honestly say that if we were to return again we would check the French Villa out first. For those of you who like good food a restaurant called Mannys is family run (no chains) and is on the US27 heading towards Haines City.The food is great and well worth a visit.

We have rented homes several times while vacationing in Florida and definitely thought this one was spotless. My kids loved the pool and spa and went in it everyday. All we can say is that next year we will be booking two weeks instead of one.

We had the time of our lives!! What you see is what you get. The photos show this outstanding villa exactly. Pool and hot tub are amazing, rooms are amazing and kitchen has everything you would ever need. Thanks to Ismael for the great hospitality, the bottle of wine and we can't forget the orange picker and juicer. There's nothing like freshly squeezed OJ every morning of your vacation. 20 mins. to Disney!!!We're so lucky to have found this fantastic villa.......we had the best time ever!!

We loved the beautiful house and pool! 9 of us stayed there and we were not crowded in any way. Very clean house---a real plus! The tvs were great---very big. The kids loved the game room and pool the best. Close to eating, shopping & Disney. Have stayed in Orange Tree before and LOVE it! The kids think picking oranges is the best! Only complaints were the 2 mattresses in the king & queen rooms. Need replaced badly! Also, the house alarm beeps every night at around 1 am. Have to manually turn it off. Other than those everything is great! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great home and would highly recommend it to anyone. Lots of room, laundry facilities were a major plus for us! Kids really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. TV in each bedroom which was another plus with three kids ages 17, 12, and 7. Ismael and Naly were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay and will definitely contact you again if we come to Florida!

This French villa was perfect for us and definitely the best choice for our honeymoon! As newlyweds it was so great having the whole house to ourselves! We enjoyed every detail the house had to offer: the big kitchen which had all the cookware and appliances we needed, the heated spa, the pool table, the big flat-screen TVs, the comfortable bed in the master bedroom, the dishwasher, the washing machine and drier etc. Everything was as the pictures and descriptions say and even better. We went to Disney and it was great being only 15 minutes away! We also went to the west and east coast which were both only a little over an hour away (depending where you go). We are so glad we chose to rent this villa over staying at a hotel or suite. We had so much privacy and really had a fantastic time. Ismeal and Naly were wonderful. They went out of their way to make our honeymoon extra special even with a couple generous gifts! We definitely recommend this villa to newlyweds and

We just returned last night and I could not wait to write a review. We were visiting florida during the hurricane and we still had a great time due to this wonderful villa. Isamael and Nali were wonderful, the villa is immaculate and there is plenty to do indoors. I will never stay any where else. This home had everything we needed and the kids had a great time. We loved how spacious the home was and the kids loved the pool, game room, video games etc... I have never stayed anywhere on vacation that I felt so at home. We will be back!

It was great to go sightseeing and go to the parks and come back to relax in this lovely home. The kids loved coming back to the pool everyday. Everyone had their own space to wind down. SOOOOO MUCH better than any one room hotel. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would gladly do all over again.

Our family had a lovely experience at the French Villa. The pool was wonderful and very private. The house which was spotless and beautiful had everything and more to accommodate our large family. What an awesome place to stay. We had a great time and Naly and Ishmael were so accomodating. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. I am a native of Florida and return to visit my family every year. I have stayed in other rental homes but, I'll never look for another. The French Villa has everything I could need and more. The French Villa was a great value for the area and the owners were such a nice family and very accomodating.We would definately rent here again. The house had everything we could need and it was very clean! The neighborhood was quiet yet easily assessible. We enjoyed the area and the neighbors were just as friendly. My family and I stayed at this lovely home for just over two weeks. We enjoyed our stay, as the house was accessible to all of the Orlando attractions. The house was very clean, and has a great layout for families. Ismael and Naly are a fantastic couple who immediately responded to any of our queries. I highly recommend renting this home instead of staying in a hotel, as you will enjoy your holiday much more. Also you can save yourself hundreds of dollars by being able to eat at the home, instead of always having to eat at restaurants. We especially enjoyed our own private pool and hot tub. Gina and Gill
