Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
this is a new (2005) villa with lofted ceilings in living areas which give a feeling of space and comfort.
we have 2 master bedrooms en/suite wuth walk in wardrobes,
one king,one queen.bed 3 has a full and twin with its ow bathroom. rooms4 and 5 have a full and twin. and 2twins
and share bathroom no. 4.
there is a double pullout in lounge
kitchen is fully fitted with all cooking facilities and a range of appliances.
we have an automatic washer and dryer.
all rooms have tv plus a playstation in one room.
living area has an exrra large tv/dvd
/tape/audio system
pool is extra large (15 x 12 ft,) separate spa, and deck area has loungers and pool/side table/chairs ect.
a covered lanai provides shade in hot conditions.
house is fully air/con and has a single car garage.
games room has pool table and electric dart board
there is high speed internet connection
baby chair and crib on request.
the community of silver creek is located on woodcrest way.
approx 1 mile in off hwy 27.
and 1 mile north from hwy 192.
there are mostly vacation villas in a very quiet location,
but still very cose to theme parks, shops, restuarants ect.
