Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

Welcome to this newly Remodeled, LUXURY HOME located in the heart of the "New" Four Corners, and Cagan "Town Center" expansion. Glenbrook Resort community is internationally known for its subtle mix of that resort feel, while maintaining that "neighborhood" charm. It also supplies with shuttle bus to Disney World! Inside this community you will find a clubhouse with gym, tennis courts, beach volleyball, resort pool, games room, and scheduled activities, scheduled Disney Shuttle for our guests.

Located within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, and within 3 minutes of Wal-Mart The new Cagans Crossing Town Centre, with retail shops, pubs, restaurants, and a family friendly environment. The house is 9 min to disney main gate and 20 min to sea world and 35 min to Orland International Airport,

The first floor with combo living and dining area is in front with open foyer. Two sofa sleeper and loveseat in the living room could accommodate 4 guests. Leading off the lobby is the game room. It has pool table, pingpa table and air hockey.

The first master king bedroom is next to family room, en-suite bathroom with a private triangle jetted tub, corner bath and walk in shower.Going upstairs you will find a further six bedrooms off the spacious landing, One King Master with en-suite, two king bed, two Queen bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms in all sleeping for 14 in real beds. Two queen sofa beds are available.

The kitchen has large open plan fully equipped with all modern facilities. It has nice counter tops, a ceramic tiled breakfast area, and everything a true chef would demand in the kitchen. A well equipped laundry area leading off the kitchen with washer, drier and upgraded ironing facilities.

The family area with ceramic tiled has 2-story with 2 large patio doors. We have a brand new 50 inch LCD TV, DVD with luxury sofa and loveseat there. A large Ceiling fan is available.

The outside "OVERSIZED" Private Lanai, and 30' X 15' Oversized Pool are not overlooked, and are also accompanied by a 6 person Jacuzzi/Hot Tub. It is generously equipped with gorgeous furniture: a brand new Barbecue, loungers, relaxers and table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has underwater light. It also has a Child Safety Fence. The porch and pool areas are facing to the large open space with great privacy.

Stroller, high chair and Play Yard Gear for little kid are available. TV is available for each bed room and we also have high speed internet access and phone for free.

It was a very spacious house, we had lots of room and great storage space.Clean, but there was some wear and tear from other renters that was evident. We were surprised that only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and only 1 garbage bag for the whole week and no dish cloth, or salt and pepper. But, I guess this is common for rentals. The back sliding door lock was broken and that made us nervous. We found a piece of wood in the garage and used it as a bar for the back sliding door so that no one could get in.
