Pooh's Playground has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sleeper sofa and love-seat for two, occasional tables with lamps, and coffee table, plus an entertainment center, with a large screen cable TV, DVD player and stereo sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!).
The family room opens out to sun-drenched pool deck, that's the perfect place for an al-fresco meal together under the Florida sunset on the table and chairs provided - or to laze and soak in the sun around the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
When you want some family fun, why not enjoy the pool table upstairs in the air-conditioned den with TV with DVD player, a desk together with cocktail table and chairs.
Sleeping accommodation at Pooh's Playground includes a spacious master bedroom which enjoys a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV and DVD player, closet space, and a private master bathroom suite. Three further spacious bedrooms each provide a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, and closet space. These three bedrooms share an adjacent (or nearby) family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a famous family feast, or that light, quick snack before you rush out to the theme parks nearby.
This Disney vacation home at Sunrise Lakes also offers the FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this Florida vacation rental near to Walt Disney World and all of the other attractions in Orlando and theme parks of Central Florida(some restrictions apply ''' see terms). So no more buying phone cards ''' it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. This vacation home is fitted with the SecurePASS electronic lock system for your extra convenience and safety.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans are not permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property, or in the Sunrise Lakes community. Guests staying on Sunrise Lakes are advised that the homes owners association places restrictions on street parking between the hours of 10pm and 8am and may tow offending vehicles away. Guests should use either the garage or driveway of the home in which they are staying overnight.

We came down to FL for a Spring Break College Softball trip and shared this house with 2 other couples. The house was everything we expected, very roomy, very comfortable and had almost everything you needed for a week away from home! Check-In and Check-Out was quick and easy! I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a house to spend some time in while enjoying the FL Fun!

We had a great time staying in this wonderful home. Unlike our previous experience 2 years ago to spend quite a little bit time to get the keys etc in the management company, it was very easy to get access into the house with the code emailed to us so that we can directly drive there and got in the house after a whole day driving. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was well furnished and very comfortable vacation home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. It also had the washer and dryer to get the clothes cleaned. In addition there was a swimming pool, pool table, plenty of rooms and TVs for everyone to enterntain ourselves. The location of the home was great for us. We visited both Disney and SeaWorld, both of which were an easy drive from the house. There are grocery stores, drug stores, a Wal-Mart, and many restaurants around. Most importantly, the owner Al is very responsive by answering the phone calls and replying the email promptly. He is very nice and considerate, a pool table ball was missing and the handle of one knife was broken during our stay, and he didn't charge us for these after we replaced the ball and fixed the handle. In a word, the owner is very nice gentlemen to deal with and the house is a perfect place to stay in Orlando! Thank you Al!!! .

This was not only a great deal but everything that was stated in the pictures where better in person. Our family of 6 enjoyed every last moment of the vacation. We would recommend this home to many and also book in the future to return to this home. The owner was very understanding to our needs and assured us that we would love our stay. We have already told all our friends and family and they are excited now to want to rent a villa instead of a traditional hotel. It was really nice to find a home in Sunrise Lakes a few houses down from where we stayed 3 years ago with family. Although a little smaller, Pooh's Playground brought back a lot of memories from Christmas 2006. It was very well kept and met our needs. Our two girls, aged 6 and 3, enjoyed the pool on a daily basis. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thanks!

We had a great week in Florida staying in this wonderful home. It was extremely well furnished and very comfortable for our extended family of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get some personal time. The heated pool was a great temperature for the cool spring evenings. The location of the home was great for us. We visited both Disney and Universal, both of which were an easy drive from the house. There are a lot of conveniences very close to the house, including a couple of grocery stores and a Wal-Mart. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. All in all, this was a perfect place to stay for a wonderful week in Orlando! Thank you Al!!!

We were a party of 6 adults and had trouble finding a house that would accomodate us. This house was more than perfect! 3 good sized rooms with queen size beds and a master suite that was absolutely HUGE. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was great! Al and the staff at vacationhomerentals were all great. I highly recommend this as a vacation home! Thanks Al
What a great villa! We were a little nervous about renting a villa, we always stayed at hotels on previous vacations. Our fears were immediately put at ease when we arrived at your wonderful villa.
